I liked the location. It's within walking distance of the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore, for instance. It had everything I wanted. The staff were kind and helpful. I liked very much that the fridge was quiet. The bed was spacious. Everything was clean and they changed the towels and sheets every day. The breakfast was quite good. The check-in procedure was easy. The room has enough coat hangers and space tp deposit your clothes.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom unless I kept the window open. The doors seemed ancient and dirty, in stark contrast with the pretty pictures we see online. The mattress is just allright. The pillows are so soft, almost non-existent. It's not quiet. There was a constant humming from outside the window. I had to use earplugs to sleep. I would have preferred earlier breakfast. It starts at 8 but if you have to be at 9 somewhere further away, like the Vatican, you can't afford to stay for breakfast. The shower was either too hot or cold. There was no way to set it in the middle.

A rather small hotel, occupying a couple of floors in a larger building. The room was spacious enough for one person, and pretty clean. The hotel is old, but in a the way that gives it some extra charm, while it is still enjoyable and functional. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is very good - the area isn't crowding with tourists, and at the same time many of the landmarks are within a longer walking distance. Both Termini and Repubblica stations are just over 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was Italian (so don't expect warm food or much proteins), but for an Italian breakfast it was pretty good.

The doors and windows are thin. You are going to hear whatever is going on in the hall or in the backyard. The bed was on the harder side, but fine for me.

The staff were kind and cute. Location was very good, 6-7 minutes walk to both Termini and Repubblica metro stations. There were mini markets and restaurants around, even souvenir shops. Mega store Conad is just about 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Although outside was a mess because of many people around :),it was safe area. The room was clean and quiet inside. I had 3 days' good rest. Suggest to everyone who prefer to stay near Termini.

Hotel name label is hard to find. The first day on my way back to hotel, I was wandering around to find the hotel. There was Gregory' market that I kept in mind as the hotel was on the opposite side of the road.Suggest the label to be changed to bigger one.

“Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the high-quality linens and thoughtful amenities. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast selection was exceptional. What truly stood out, though, was the level of service — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

The location was amazing! Close to termini station and bus stations and all other historical sites. Building was old but renovated. Very big rooms and even though it was a busy street, we did not hear a thing thanks to the double windows. Breakfast was good, the lady was very hard working and polite. By the way, the hairdryer was epic, we have not seen a model like that ever, the cable thing was amazing. Definitely buying one for my own home! Thanks for amazing experience.

For some reason there was no eggs in the breakfast but thats not a big problem. The sweets were perfect and coffee as well. The kettle in the rooms were plastic and seemed cheap, maybe they should be changed.

It was an excellent choice. The single room was fine for me staying a couple of days for my business trip. It was so clean, one of the most clean rooms I've ever stayed at, the bathroom was really convenient, with everything I needed. Bed and pillows were really comfortable and had also some teas and coffee packages available. The owner were really polite and an extra plus, they offered to make breakfast for me the night before my check-out before I was leaving early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for your travel in Rome. Moreover, the location is great, many mini markets, coffee shops, bus stops, around and also it's 5 minutes from Termini station which is great to get there from Fiumicino Airport and you can take many buses or Metro to go everywhere in the city. Considering all the above, I think it was a great choice from my side for my 3 days in Rome. Thank you for everything.

the room was quiet enough, considerate guests too, in the inner courtyard. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. The staff were v friendly and helpful. amazing traditional hotel the location was amazing the local restaurants were numerous and reasonable buses and trains on your doorstep walkable to main sights breakfast basic but good even packed me up a breakfast to take with me as I checked out before breakfast hours the lift worked although guest rooms on the 1st floor and reception on the 2nd floor kettle and fridge in room toiletries and other thoughtful additions cleaner knocked if you wanted your room servicing daily bed very comfy as was the pillows big towel and hand towel

The little room was a bit dark, inner courtyard so the trade off is light or quieter room breakfast: not option to help yourself to more tea and coffee, that was brought by server. then server remained out of sight so not chance to ask for more coffee (to soak up all that bread and pastries)

Small hotel located 5 minutes on foot from the Termini station (convenient if you are traveling from the airport by train). There is a bus stop in front of the hotel served by several lines. You can walk to some of the main points, but also take bus or metro (also 5 minute walking distance). Rooms are modest, but really clean and have everything you need for a short stay in Rome, including an electric kettle, instant coffee and tea. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had limited, but tasty options. Croissants and cappuccino were superb. The staff was super helpful and kind, especially lady who was handling the check-in process.

hospitality of the personal, clean and nice rooms, perfect location ( 10 mins from the train station ), all attractions are in walking distance.in rush hours the Taxi can be taken from the Rome Termini taxi station which is 10mins away only. Sabrina is a very attentive person and she has been helping a lot during and before the stay, answered all of the questions we had and was very pleasant. there was everything needed in the room (kettle, tea, water, towels etc...)

sometimes there was no hot water in the shower... it happened only 2 times of all of our 7-nights stay, so it's not that critical

Staff super friendly. Arrived early but no problem accessing our rooms. Later in the stay asked if they could reprint a copy of my boarding card and again we're really helpful. No surplus charges for anything as is so often the way with chain owned budget hotels.

Nothing - great location, good value for money, lovely family owned atmosphere. Other travellers may prefer something grander with a bar, full restaurant etc but it ticked everything we needed for a long weekend. 10 mins walk from Termini.
