The room was clean and amazing view of the gardens from the balcony. The location was good as it was only 6 min walk from the train station and 20-30 mins to tourist attractions.

Our stay was good, however the hair dryer in the room didn’t work well with the adapter they provided. It became very dangerous when it started smoking and sending electricity outside of the plug. We told reception downstairs and got another once but were told it was smelling like that due to being a new hair dryer… this was not a case as my partner is a HV Electrician and could confirm it was arcing and short circuiting. The same issue happened with the second hairdryer. Upon checkout we informed the receptionist as it was extremely dangerous for future guests and she was going to pass the feedback on.

The location of Camplus Rome is excellent.It is a five minute walk to Termini Station,there are bus stops on the doorstep and there are lots of excellent pizzerias and bakeries everywhere.The neighbourhood as a whole is great - not touristy at all.Unusually for Rome traffic is very light too.

It depends on your preferences.If you are looking for a traditional Italian Hotel room - dark wood ,polished tiled floors and heavy drape curtains,then you will be disappointed.If you like the minimalist modern look - white walls,plain floor - Scandinavian style,then Camplus is for you.That said everything works fine - heating,wifi,lifts ,shower,bathroom etc.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and visiting Rome’s most famous sites. One of the highlights was the view from our balcony, which overlooked the beautiful garden of the nearby museum—absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information and making us feel right at home. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could clearly hear doors opening and closing in neighboring rooms, which could be a bit disruptive at times. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly service.

The hotel is close to the main train station. It is modern. The staff, especially Martina are super friendly and helpful. We had a room overlooking the beautiful gardens. You can open the window for fresh air. The breakfast for 10 Euros each was well worth it. It included a cappuccino and many excellent products served in a beautiful area with helpful staff. You could also leave your luggage on checking out.

Walking distance from Roma Termini - 20 min walking distance from Fontana Di Trevi - Quick walking distance to many good restaurants - 20 min walking distance from a must see and have ice cream shop called Giulietta in Rome.

Perhaps they should add continental Bacon and Egg English breakfast to their breakfast, and some fresh vegetables like Tomato, Cucumber, and salad leaves and lettuce.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, walking distance to attractions but also close to a lot of public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and air conditioned.

Amazing place. Close to historical places, a very new and cleaned place surprized us and make the stay - at least the nights - very confortable. More than recomment this place, I'll return there. The 24h reception was what we need as the flight returning home was very early in the morning.

Have to leave the city HAHAHHA nothing to say about the hotel and the staff.

amazing stay in Camplus hotel for 2 nights. the room was modern, clean and equipped with everything you might need. I loved the location as it´s 10 min walk from Termini central railway station, so you don´t need to take any transport after you arrive from the airport or in case you would like to take a train to another city. also it´s close to the city center and it´s a walkable distance. the view from the window was phenomenal, i´ve never experienced something like this,pure beauty and history. the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. i appreciate their extra support, they really care about your stay. Also you don´t have to pay extra fees for late check in or early check out as it tends to be a common practice in Rome. but it´s not the case for this hotel

Prime location for a stay in Rome. A short walk from the train station (Termini), which makes it super handy for getting to and from Fiumicino Airport via a direct train. It's in a prime location for both Metro travel and walking around Rome. A 30-minute walk will get you to the Colosseum, for example. The hotel itself was essentially brand new, modern, and very clean. I'd happily stay here again. An added bonus is their luggage service, which can be used if you're traveling after the checkout time. If you're lucky, your room will overlook the nearby Chiostro di Michelangelo, which has a lovely courtyard. The staff were all super friendly and helpful; they all spoke very good English too, which was great as I'm not a native Italian speaker.

The hotel is nice, modern, clean, everyone was very polite and helpful. We had a breakfast and it was nice as well - simple but good. We travelled with 1 year old. It close to the train station however already in nicer neighbourhood. There are some really good restaurants very close by.

Everything was good it is just a little bit pricey.
