Nicely located with host on site at all times. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags in the room and collect the keys. The host tried hard to assist us during our stay but the language barrier was an issue but we appreciated her efforts. We got a breakfast on one morning that was not expected.

Was a lot of noise from outside the apartment. Sounded like bottles being broken regularly. People on the street and restaurant below were very noisy and intrusive at times. Shared bathroom ok but never ideal.

Casa Totti is not really a hotel, but rather B&B located in an apartment building. The owner lives there and cares for her guests herself. In the price is included sweet breakfast - Mrs. Totti provides vouchers to a nearby café/bakery, first morning of the stay she took us there herself. The apartment lies in a walking distance of the Roma Terminy railway station, so one can get anywhere with ease. Near the apartment is aldo a very good restaurant, La Famiglia.

Mrs. Totti speaks very little English, so if you don’t speak Italian, conversation is a bit difficult. Equipment of the rooms is a bit older and two rooms share a bathroom (I think that the third one has its’ own.)

Mrs Totti is a very sympathetic woman. The place you go for breakfast is very close and the products are fresh and tasty. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from Roma Termini. You can even walk to the ancient city from here, I don't think it is necessary to use any transport. The rooms can be considered clean but at the price/performance level. So do not expect too much, it is more correct to say that this much is enough.

The bathroom in the room with a private bathroom needs maintenance. I don't think there is much to comment negatively, on because considering that you pay a price below the average of Rome, it will do your job.

The property's cheap and in an extremely central location, which is very handy to explore Rome very easily and travel around the area. Breakfast is included and is offered at a nearby bar. The owner greeted us on our arrival and was very welcoming, she made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Room is very spacious. We will definitely come back again!

The bathroom door was broken and there was a bit of mould in the shower area, but we knew the place is fairly cheap and that didn't really affect our positive opinion of the accommodation. Everything else was perfect and again the location made it very easy to travel around the city.

The location is right next to Termini, perfect to get into Rome but also if you need to catch a flight home in the morning like us. The room was cozy and nice, and the shared bathroom had the necessary facilities. You get the keys to the house and room, so we felt this was both easy and safe.

The shared bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and neater, but was still fine.

Great location. A very friendly host just like an aunt in our family. Room , toilets were clean. Property is accessible with heavy luggages since it has very less staircases. Spacious room for a couple / a couple with a kid. Simple & a decent breakfast provided ( she gave a referral to a breakfast spot nearby few blocks away) Recommendation for dinner was a hotel named La Famiglia few blocks away. Awesome delicious Italian cuisine with sumptuous Tiramisu. Overall best place to stay. Very hospitable host .

We had the most incredible 5 days staying here. Mrs Totti was absolutely wonderful and although we speak no Italian Mrs Totti made sure to find a way we could understand her. The rooms are spacious and clean and is close to all amenities. Fantastic value for money.

Location was great, just about 5 minutes from the station Rome termini. The host is extraordinarily kind and friendly and I felt very welcome. It’s a private property what I liked as I travelled alone and knew that there is someone if I need something.

It smelled of cats what I’m not used to so maybe it is just for me a bit distracting.

The accommodation is ideally situated within walking distance of Rome Termini station, making it very convenient. The breakfast is a nice bonus- croissants, muffins, various breads, along with coffee and juice. Madam Totti is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Overall, it offers great value for money.
