The accommodation is exceptionally clean and well-stocked (e.g. we had several types of tea and infusions to choose from, and little packs of risks and crackers came very useful. We especially appreciated bottles of water in the fridge). It is very quiet (we were in Room 2) despite being an easy walking distance from the train station. The location is perfect, within reach from the train station (and therefore Fiumicino) and metro, and not too far from the Colosseum. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast delivered to your room is plentiful and promptly at the requested time. There is air-conditioning. The beds and pillows are very comfortable!

This place is a few blocks from Rome's main train station, which was convenient for my needs. It was easy to find and there is an elevator. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable, with a small fridge, coffee/tea maker and other amenities. The Continental breakfast was fine and I was able to select specific items. Per my request, the staff made sure I had a taxi the next day on time for my trip to the airport. They found an item I left behind and called the taxi immediately, so I didn't lose that valuable item. They genuinely made the extra effort to make my stay comfortable.

It's a bit noisy, perhaps because it is in a big shared building or because it is a very small hotel.

Very convenient for the train station (five minute walk, but make sure you go to the end of the platform to exit there and are not lured off to the side half way along which takes you out onto via Giovanni Giolitti and makes the walk much longer). Very helpful and friendly receptionist; very comfortable bed and nice room. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Rather difficult to find. Our grumpy taxi driver (only taken because of heavy bags, wrong exit from station and bad knees) got fed up and dumped us in the street to find our own way. Directions not helped by inaccurate pin on Google maps, but that's hardly the hotel's fault.

For a low budget hotel, it had a LOT going for it. The shower was excllent and had good water pressure. The soaps and little amenities exceeded what budget olaces usually have. The bed was new and reasonably comfortable. And the aircon worked great. It was also very clean. It is a small place and on an inner courtyard so it was quiet. Finally, the street it is on is clean and nice, with some good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again, especially en route between destinations.

I really liked the fact that the room was cleaned every day. We got fresh towels every day, we didn’t even need to throw them on the floor, and that was great. Also, the bed was done every day. Very good location, near Termini train and subway station. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was not too big, but it was very nice. Each room is decorated in the colours of a precious stone, and that is cute. I also enjoyed the breakfast served in the room at an hour chosen every day by us. Overall it was a great stay in Rome!

So many little extras in this spotless accomodation. Lovely comfy bed , powerful shower , fluffy towels and excellent quality bedding. Everything has been thought of including snacks , kettle , fridge , sweets , toiletries - all complimentary and all the staff are really helpful if you have any questions.The breakfast - pre ordered and delivered to your room is gorgeous and a lovely addition to this city centre hotel. It’s a 5-10 min walk from Rome Termini train station but down a quiet side street and about 20 mins walk to the Trevi fountain. It’s on the 4th floor but there is a lift. I would absolute stay here again when in Rome.

Excellent location. Close to Termini Station, providing transport connections by bus, metro, train, as well as shuttle buses to Fiumicino Airport. Well-furnished rooms with all amenities. Impeccable cleanliness in the room and in the bathroom. A full range of toiletries including dental and shaving sets. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Daily refill of water, small snacks and biscuits as a compliment. The breakfast is served in the room at the time requested by the guests. Good communication and quick response to messages sent. Very friendly staff. Our flight was delayed two hours and they were so kind to wait us despite the late hour as well our arrival after the check-in deadline. Many thanks for everything! I highly recommend this accommodation!

The place has everthing you need. The rooms are very clean, the A/C works well, the bathroom is clean, well equiped, and everything functions properly. The is a little fridge with some (free) water bottles, and a safe, and some (free) snacks. The front desk is very helpful. The location is good, on a quiet steeet a few minutes of walk from the Termini train station. The hotel is actually an apartment on the 4'th floor of a building. You need to ring them from the street level to get the doors opened and access the place via a lift.

The lift is rather small and wobbly. Breakfast is served in the room, and incldes various types of coffee, various types of juices, a little bit of bread with yellow chese slices. hard boild egg, and a few other items, which is ok, but you need to keep you expectations low not to get too dissapointed.

Fantastic service when it came to accomodating our dietary restrictions for breakfast, and an extemely clean room with adjoining bathroom. The whole place looked newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Amazing location close to Termini train station and all modes of public transportation.

Poor sound-proofing of the walls and door communicating with the main hallway and thus exit of the boutique hotel. Unfortunately, we could hear every little noise coming from the hallway, especially in the morning whenever somebody had requested a breakfast service earlier than us.

the staff were very helpful and tried their hardest. the property is ultra clean and the breakfast is very good - just choose from the options. the bathroom seemed like new and well cared for. lastly the Italian restaurant, that is below, is one of the best that we have eaten at.

there is only one thing, like many properties it has a limited access being on the 4th floor and the lift works, but is a little old.
