We were looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet room close to the Termini in Rome and found it. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. A bonus was a very good restaurant directly adjacent on the street.

The breakfast which was delivered to a very small table in our room was adequate but an uncomfortable experience.

This is an apartment hotel. Delia, the host, was very nice – she welcomed us, explained the attractions in Rome, and answered all our questions. The room is relatively small, but definitely sufficient for a couple. It's very tidy and includes a kettle, a small fridge, coffee machine, air conditioning, and a TV (and of course, a shower and toilet). Additionally, there’s a machine for filling up cold water – very convenient in the hot summer morning before heading out to explore the city. In the evening, you can treat yourself to a free massage chair located in the “lobby” on the third floor. There’s a breakfast menu – you choose what you’d like to eat and at what time for the next morning, and Dalia takes care of preparing it and bringing it straight to your room! Everything is fresh and tasty (the croissants are excellent!). The apartment’s location is simply great. It’s on a quiet street, but only 5 minutes from Termini Station. It’s convenient for getting to the airport, and every major attraction in Rome: metro, and buses – all within very short walking distance. Right across from the apartment there’s a supermarket and a few excellent restaurants – you can literally go down in flip-flops and enjoy a great lunch/dinner (which we actually did) Bottom line – highly recommended! A very convenient place to start day trips around Rome.

Too many keys :) It's a bit confusing - but it's really negligible.

The BnB is remarkable and ranks with the best in our experience from all over the world. It is located close to the train station, (easy to airport) but is in a nice quiet neighbourhood walkable to the heart of the sites or metro if needed. Huge room, massage chair, balcony, coffee/tea/cookies and a room service breakfast. A great restaurant close by (La Famiglia) that you can enjoy daily after a long day walking. Friendly and very well organized. Delia made us feel at home, but was happy to provide us with our privacy. A+++++

We had to leave after just 3 nights.

Spotlessly clean, lovely host Delia who is very easy to communicate with and always has big smile on her face. An easy stroll from termini around 5mins, on the 3th floor but serviced by a lift and the building yet quiet, The room was fully stocked with tea, coffee, and 24hrs cold/hot water and snacks, great bed, great shower. The breakfasts serviced in the room. Free luggage storage available.

The location was easy to find but once there we could not hear through the speaker so we had to search for the correct door. We were very grateful to have an elevator, however because it was very slow, it took even longer to find the correct floor. Haha, what a fiasco. The elevator fit 2 people with 2 small roller-bags. Once we found the correct door we were greeted by the host. The kind host showed us to our room and told us how to order breakfast for the morning. There was a little menu with plenty of options to choose from. We were quite sad that because of a very early flight, we would not get to enjoy the breakfast. Overall the room was clean and functional. We appreciated having a shower and listening to the birds outside our window. The bed was comfortable and there was an extra pillow in the wardrobe. Check out was easy. We would gladly stay again - and maybe next time we can have the breakfast! Don't forget to have some euros on hand to pay the city tax when you arrive! I was mortified that I made the rookie mistake of forgetting.

The intercom speaker was unusable. We could not understand anything and in all honesty, it was as if listening to static underwater. Everything else was great.

Delia and her husband were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The location was a 8-10 min walk from Termini Station which made it easy for us to take the train from the airport (Leonardo Express) to the B&B and the train to the cruise port. The breakfast brought to our room each morning was lovely and was the perfect way to start our day before exploring the beautiful city. The B&B is also next to a great restaurant (La Famiglia) the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable.

The location is at least 25-30 min walk to the landmarks. When we travel, we expect to walk all day so this wasn't a concern for us but if it is a consideration, check Google maps for walking distances and plan accordingly.

The location was amazing! Close to the train station so we walked with our luggage. Very easy! The room was stocked with coffee and snacks. A lively breakfast of our choosing was brought to the room. One morning we had to leave early for a tour and the gentleman was waiting for us and took us across the street for coffee and pastries. So kind! What a great way to ring in the New Year!

We loved everything about it! The family that runs the B&B gave us a map with tips circled for ease of navigating the city.

The welcome from Delia was perfect. Having messaged us to say the room was ready just as we arrived on the train from the airport (easy 5 min walk away), Delia was waiting with a smile to show us our room and give us a map of attractions. The room was light, airy and immaculate with welcoming coffee, cakes, crisps and a small bottle of Prosecco which was fab after an early start and a long journey. The bed, pillows, en suite and shower facilities were all great with lovely birdsong from outside when the shutters and windows were open. The breakfasts were delightful and Delia brought the tray to our room at whatever time we requested. She was very kind and brought ours early one morning when we had to leave for a Colosseum tour. Nothing was too much trouble and Delia was a very kind and professional host. We would not hesitate to recommend the Freedom Love B&B. Thank you Delia for such a kind and friendly welcome on our first visit to Rome!

I loved the way the room looked. You immediately noticed that there was a loving and caring attitude towards the living space. We were provided with complimentary refreshments, and an assortment of sweets to have for our enjoyment. There was also a concern for our personal comfort. We were each provided with a pair of house slippers for our own personal use. She was very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed this property and will definitely return again. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy place to be.

The only negative about the property is that the building has a very small elevator access to the floor of the property. It holds a maximum of two to three thin to medium sized guests. It is quaint. I actually loved it. However, there are stairs right next to the elevator for easy access.

Located a 10 minute walk from the train station, through the large wooden courtyard gates and entrance to the building just in on the left. A lift takes you to the third floor where you will find the door to Freedom Love B&B. On entering you have the reception area, and a room off of that housing the massage chairs and water dispenser. We were greeted by our host and checked in and given our four keys, Courtyard, Building, Freedom Love and then our room. A very spacious room well furnished with great bathroom facilities. Your choice of breakfast is via a post it note left out on a peg on your door for the next morning and brought to your room. A quiet location, sandwiched between two restaurants, with a fantastic host, we were able to leave our bags there until our afternoon departure so we could enjoy our last day without carting luggage around. Two restaurants either side, one catering for budget and one more expensive, but both good, so after a day out we didn't have to venture too far for a great meal. Thanks for looking after us Freedom Love, we will definitely be back to take in more of Rome.
