Met 4 different members of reception during our stay and they were lovely. Really helpful tips on how to move around the city and they stored our luggage and let us use the facilities even when checked out. Would definitely recommend!

It is more a note for improvement rather than something we didn’t like. The hotel is recently renovated but in an old building so doors are still old, could do with new doors for security reasons. Nothing happened during our stay but juat thinking about solo travelers, especially women.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel—everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. A special thanks to Romana at the reception, who truly made our experience even better. She was incredibly helpful during check-in and kindly arranged for our luggage to be stored safely. Beyond that, she gave us some great suggestions for local attractions and things to do, which really helped us make the most of our trip. We’re so grateful for her warm assistance. Absolutely everything. Every single thing! This is THE most gorgeous, characterful, comfortable and thoughtfully presented hotel ever. Also incredibly clean, lovely crisp bed clothes and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room (important to English!) and the staff were so very lovely.

Nothing to dislike at all!

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was tidy and clean.

I do not know whether it would be too much to expect, but the rooms' walls and windows were not soundproof. It was challenging to get a good night's sleep if the neighbours made noise until early morning.

Very tiny room with a window very high up and very little light. Was like a dark cell.
