It was very good value for money, it is in the city center, very conveniently accessible from the airport by direct train or bus (7-10 min. walk from train station). A lot of the main attractions can be easily reached on foot from here if you want to, and metro stops are nearby. The staff is very nice, the rooms were cleaned every day. They serve cold breakfast, not much choice, but enough. I did not regret choosing this accommodation.

The walls of the room could use some fresh paint, but it was not a problem for us. The walls are a bit thin, you could hear your neighbor a bit. It is in the city centre, so the street is noisy (lot of tourists :), garbage truck or cleaning car in the evening etc, ). We were on the 4th floor and couldn't fall asleep very easy because of the noise. (it's not the hotel's fault and we were prepared for it). If you want a quiet place, go to the outskirts of the city. But for this price in the city center, you can't complain. :)

The location was great (close to Metro, close to Termini station, supermarket “Conrad” only few streets away). The room itself was small but comfy, with a working fridge. Beds were great, I was able to enjoy good sleep. Staff was really helpful and nice. Complementary toiletries were amazing (I forgot my toothbrush at home but got one from the hotel). The rooms were very clean (cleaned daily) and out towels got changed every day. Overally good money/value deal.

Some furniture looked a bit older. The breakfast was 14€ per person, so I did not get the breakfast (too expensive).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. While the hotel is not the newest, it has everything we needed. We would have preferred a shower over the bathtub in the bathroom, but this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. The value for money is excellent, and we would definitely return for another stay!

- Nice room with comfortable bed and bathroom inside. The fridge and locker are in the room too. - About 15 minutes walk from Roma Termini Station. - Many restaurants and shops are nearby. - Angel the receptionist was helpful providing with the recommendations.

- No kettle to boil hot water for drink in the room. The hot water with tea/coffee located near the reception was not available in the morning. - No curtain for shower, so we needed to sit inside the bath tab when shower, otherwise the whole bathroom will get wet.

Did not go to breakfast as receptionist said there was not much for gluten free products. Hotel was quite close by walking 15 minutes to the train and metro.

It was very noicy inside: toilet flushing loudly from other rooms and sounding like it was raining down plumming, you could hear other rooms clients talking loudly especially in the hall, doors needed oil, keys clining, cleaners using keys into locks. Outside noice was also a lot as they built the market. No clock to be seen in a room.

Picked the hotel based on location and its proximity to Termini train station - was only a 15 minute walk. Room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Was within a reasonable reach of most of the major sights.

Decor a little dated and the shower cubicle was a little snug but this did not affect our stay. No safe was a little disappointing - usually expect that as a standard (although our room did have instructions in a cupboard for a safe so assume it had been removed).

Very nice hotel with grate breakfast. Room was cleaned every day and every day we had new towels and clean room, great ladys in houskeeping and breakfast. Its near by city center, you dont need bus, metro or taxi, 20 25 minutes walk. Room is very small but it was clean and nice and it was warm in the room.

Nothing to complain abot just to suggest We had problem with shower, temperature of water sudenly switch to extremely hot and burn my foot there are no curtains or door on the bathtub so whole toilet becomes wet and needs to be cliend after each shower

This is a tourist hotel in a nice enough neighborhood walking distance to the train station. It is a bedroom with a bathroom. For a couple of nights, it's great. Don't compare it to the big hotels unless you also compare price. There was always someone professional greeting us in the lobby. The rooms were fine and servicable and visiting Rome was fun. When we needed a taxi, they called us a taxi. The place did everything it should.

Our TV didn't work! Why? The contacts in the rear were off. An image would come in and then pop out. Even my own HDMI flickered on but then off.We didn't stay long enough to mind but they probably need a new TV. Not a deal breaker to me but if that's important for you and you get room 102, check before you unpack.

This hotel was great for location, room size was big enough, staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was changed every day with new towels, provided with a mini fridge and kettle. The bed was very comfortable and spacious.

There should be refreshments presented, they provided as with a kettle but was no tea or coffee or mugs. In the bathroom, the shower is presented in the middle of the bath tub and not on the side which means the water goes everywhere also there is no curtain. When using the bath it did get blocked however the staff fixed this problem straight away when we flagged this up. Some of the plug sockets did not fit our changers also.

The hotel location (just 10 mins from Termini train station) was excellent. Near the metro and a range of bus stops to get you just about everywhere. Breakfast was included in my booking and it was excellent too. Loads of choice and plenty of everything. Good strong wifi available in the room and in reception. Staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. Even had free left luggage for my final day in Rome.

There were no breakfast tea bags available in the breakfast room. Or in reception near the heated water machine. Some of us don't like coffee! There was no shower curtain in the room which was a bit strange. And the shower head/nozzle needs a fix (leaked). The mini bar fridge in the room did not work. It was empty which was fine but it would have been handy to have the fridge working for cool drinks etc.
