We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. While the hotel is not the newest, it has everything we needed. We would have preferred a shower over the bathtub in the bathroom, but this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. The value for money is excellent, and we would definitely return for another stay!

Very nice hotel with grate breakfast. Room was cleaned every day and every day we had new towels and clean room, great ladys in houskeeping and breakfast. Its near by city center, you dont need bus, metro or taxi, 20 25 minutes walk. Room is very small but it was clean and nice and it was warm in the room.

Nothing to complain abot just to suggest We had problem with shower, temperature of water sudenly switch to extremely hot and burn my foot there are no curtains or door on the bathtub so whole toilet becomes wet and needs to be cliend after each shower

This is a tourist hotel in a nice enough neighborhood walking distance to the train station. It is a bedroom with a bathroom. For a couple of nights, it's great. Don't compare it to the big hotels unless you also compare price. There was always someone professional greeting us in the lobby. The rooms were fine and servicable and visiting Rome was fun. When we needed a taxi, they called us a taxi. The place did everything it should.

Our TV didn't work! Why? The contacts in the rear were off. An image would come in and then pop out. Even my own HDMI flickered on but then off.We didn't stay long enough to mind but they probably need a new TV. Not a deal breaker to me but if that's important for you and you get room 102, check before you unpack.

This hotel was great for location, room size was big enough, staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was changed every day with new towels, provided with a mini fridge and kettle. The bed was very comfortable and spacious.

There should be refreshments presented, they provided as with a kettle but was no tea or coffee or mugs. In the bathroom, the shower is presented in the middle of the bath tub and not on the side which means the water goes everywhere also there is no curtain. When using the bath it did get blocked however the staff fixed this problem straight away when we flagged this up. Some of the plug sockets did not fit our changers also.

The hotel location (just 10 mins from Termini train station) was excellent. Near the metro and a range of bus stops to get you just about everywhere. Breakfast was included in my booking and it was excellent too. Loads of choice and plenty of everything. Good strong wifi available in the room and in reception. Staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. Even had free left luggage for my final day in Rome.

There were no breakfast tea bags available in the breakfast room. Or in reception near the heated water machine. Some of us don't like coffee! There was no shower curtain in the room which was a bit strange. And the shower head/nozzle needs a fix (leaked). The mini bar fridge in the room did not work. It was empty which was fine but it would have been handy to have the fridge working for cool drinks etc.

The room itself was large, with loads of space and storage, facilities were excellent, and the room was well stocked with everything you needed for a pleasant stay, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, giving good advice, tips and support, offering to store suitcases on the day of arrival and departure until required to go to the airport, the Breakfast was very good, with a large selection of food, including cold meats, cereals, fresh fruit, drinks, and many other choices, the location of the Hotel was excellent, only a five minute walk from Rome Termini station.

Nothing, the entire stay was excellent and I can't fault the hotel in any way, all aspects of the trip was fantastic

Termini is 5 minutes walking. Plenty of bars, restaurants, convenience stores nearby. You can reach many sightseeing places by walk (40-50 minutes). The Peruvian restaurant in front sells Peruvian bier - it was a bonus for me. Room is OK by Rome standards.

The hotel is in the downtown area, so you can expect noise. It was bearable for us, but if you are used to countryside noise levels, it may bother you. The area is safe, however if you are not used to homeless people, you may find it frightening. Cleanliness of the street is again not outrageous, but if you come from the DACH region it can be bothersome.

We were not in the Floridia but in the Hotel Noto (sister hotel, 1 min away) and everything was good - comfortable room, quiet side street, room spotless and cleaned every day. Lots of breakfast which was entirely adequate. Friendly helpful staff. Decent selection of eating places nearby and easy transport access.

We had an email the day before our stay to say we would be in the Hotel Noto which was 1 minute away - this was actually fine and the Floridia seems to be permanently closed and boarded up - photos online seem to be a mix of the 2 hotels. Breakfast coffee not great!

liked everything: convenient location, clean room and bathroom, changing towels daily, warm inside of the room, good stream of the water in the bathroom, enough and more of toiletries, helpfull and friendly staff (we met Carina), nice lobby, great impression, would rcome back and stay here again

Nice and clean hotel near Termini, close to all possible transport and some major sightseeings. Pretty spacious room for one, with a small but very clean bathroom. Good and affordable choice to stay for a couple of nights.

No kettle and glasses in the room, no shower curtain in bathroom, two bedsheets instead of duvet cover - not convenient.
