LuLu was amazing. She was friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated and in the center of things (30 min walk to Pantheon. 15 minutes toTrevi fountain, 20 minute walk to Borghese Museum, and 1 hour walk to Vatican). It was also close to bus stops, airport shuttle stations, corner stores, ATMs, and restaurants. The restaurant used for the included breakfasts is 2 blocks away, and the staff is great. Besides the free breakfast (cappuccino and croissant), you also get a discount on dinner (about 40% on all except drinks and pizza). I had the carbonara and the lasagna during my stay, and both were wonderful. I also had dinner at the African restaurant 1 block from the hotel and breakfast at a Cafe on the corner.

If you use washcloths, take some with you. None of the hotels I stayed at in Greece or Italy provided them. It's not a fault of the hotel, just a thing I wasn't expecting. Also, I found the beds to be firmer than hotels in the US. Again, this is just a difference.

This is a slice of Roman everyday life. Hidden away behind a secure door and up 4 floors in a lift straight out of the 1930s, we were welcomed by our lovely proprietor. The rooms were immaculately clean and a good size. Breakfast was served in the café down the street, where we sat and watched life go by as we ate our pastries and drank our cappuccinos. Excellent value for money. Very well situated - about 5 minutes from Roma Termini Station and 25 mins walk from the centre. Thoroughly recommended.

We liked everything. An excellent place to stay.

Great location and service! The B&B's entrance is small but the room and bathroom is pretty spacious, light, and clean. Also, Mrs. Lulu's bubbly personality is worth the stay. She is super helpful and organized, and takes care of her B&B responsibly. The cost includes breakfast but don't expect anything extraordinary (cornetto and caffè at a local bar under the B&B). Regardless, it's much better than the usual packaged muffins and machine coffee.

Lu was nice and welcoming. Access was easy. The location is perfect, center, close to train station, a whole lot of restaurants. Coffee, tea and everything else on the reception.

The shower head holder was missing, so showering with free hands wasn't possible. The noise isolation is missing totally. No breakfast literally, just a couple of prepacked buns and some crackers. No water in the fridge.

It was perfetto! The room so clean, everything smells good, the owner careful about your needs, to details, all was intact just like home. The authentic breakfast made us feel like Italians and the location was close to all the attractions so we didn't use any public transport for our 6 days spent in Rome. It's a great place for families and couples and we strongly recommend it. For sure we will come back with our kids too.

Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable rooms, great location near Termini station and the metro. The hosts are friendly and helpful, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Good value for money. I would gladly stay here again

The host has been really fantastic, helpful with all the things i might have had to ask, curiosities or whatever else. Really tactic position, pretty close to Termini train station and Castro Pretorio metro station

All in all, nothing to point out, everything was smooth and really enjoyable.

Very friendly and helpful staff (can be contacted via What'sApp); a small room, but with a comfortable arrangement of furniture (a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, several power sockets + an additional power strip) and a spacious and modern bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer; a fan with silence mode (a very good alternative to broken air conditioning); a free plastic cups replenished on a regular basis in the absence of guests; in the close vicinity of the hotel there is the Termini station, several grocery and souvenir shops and restaurants (including one cheap and tasty one, recommended by Lulu)

1) The hotel staff cleaned the room in our absence, made the bed and filled the gaps (e.g. plastic cups), but we found the room open... 2) The neighborhood seems dangerous, especially after dark

Lulu was very helpful and informative. She gave me a map of the city and explained the bus route to take, to and from the B&B. Also Roma Termini is two bus stops away. Take bus 16, it's just a 3 minute walk to Volturu. So you can go anywhere in the city from there.

Everything was fresh and clean host was very helpful and kind and location is right beside the Rome termini train station

Breakfast NOT the property owners fault as she was very kind and helpful to us but a separate place the guys working there for breakfast were very rude to us and not nice people
