Very compact, but very comfortable room at the same time ☺️

Nothing was bad.

Everyone has mentioned it, but I want to add as well. If you are in a foreign country, the importance of the staff who will take care of you increases even more. Since we came from Turkey, the presence of a 24/7 reception was important for us. From the very first moment until the moment we left, the staff were very attentive. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A huge TV connected to the internet was positioned right across from the bed. You could spend time comfortably in the room without getting bored. If you exit through the back door of the terminal, you can reach the hotel in five minutes.

I might have said it's a neighborhood, but the streets at night were quite safe, I didn't have any problems. As a price-performance ratio, it's a nice hotel above my expectations.

Clean and nice room with bed and pillows very comfortable. The air conditioning was functioning very well and the room was very clean. Indeed, the room and bathroom were very small (especially the shower cabin) but we stayed two days, so I would say that is perfect for short holidays if you plan to stay out visiting all day. Is located near the train station Roma Termini which is a great plus and it’s also not far from some attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful (they even gave us a map with all the attractions) ready to assist you with anything

Beautiful authentic, all facilities you need. Very friendly staff. Perfect location we walked to every location with only jumping on the metro to Vatican City. Lovely cafe just outside to grab something first thing.

Very loud can hear everything going on in the rooms next door. At one point it sounded like someone was in our shower room. Also floor about up banging around woke us all 3 evenings of our stay. We were on floor 3 - every so often you got a strong smell off cigarette (we did not have windows open) think it was coming through vent.

The staff were super friendly, very patient with me and happy to answer any questions. Absolutely zero hassle. They accommodated my request to not be on the lower floors without issue and were very responsive when I messaged. They also helpfully marked out key landmarks to visit (if for some reason you hadn't planned it) on a map to keep with instructions on which bus / metro lines to take. The room was so clean, definitely more than I expected from a 2* hotel. Shower had nice and hot water, towels were fine. The tiled floor wasn't great for the winter temperature but I imagine would be amazing in summer!

I could say the toilet seat and shower would be too small for a larger bodied person (it was a squeeze for me and I'm a 5'9 skinny male). Shampoo / bodywash / handsoap are just small bars - but that might be a personal caveat! Very positive experience.

The location is superb as it is near the Termini Station. Our room is also very clean and quite spacious for a family of four like us. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We arrived in Rome in the morning and even though the check-in time was at 13, they let us leave our luggages at their place to enjoy the trip without any hassle. My family really loved our stay here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to a supermarket, a metro station, and some very nice restaurants and bars all around. Honestly its located at the perfect spot, you can walk everywhere and we loved it.

We didn’t wake up vary early every morning so we wished there was a “do not disturb” sign we could put on our door since the cleaners would come every morning and we would feel like we had to leave the room early for them to clean, and sometimes we would get woken up by them knocking on our door. But overall no problems.

Very close to the termini with several good restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were clean. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews, as our room was spacious enough for the two of us. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, recommending great places to visit, including a few places that were offering free entry during our stay, as well as some excellent local restaurants. We were working remotely and had no issues with the Wi-Fi. No complaints at all.

The hotel is in a very good location! Just a few minutes on foot from the Termini station but on a quiet street. The room was kept very clean during our stay and it had everything you would need for a couple of days of stay. The staff was very kind and allowed us to store our luggage even after check-out. There is a common room on the top floor with snacks and drinks machines.

The room was rather small with no place to store larger bags. This could be uncomfortable for a longer stay. The rooms on each floor are situated around a small hall with doors right next to each other. That means that if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them as they come and go.

Very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Near restaurants and grocery shops. 5 minutes walk to Termini for easy access to metro and airport links. Helpful friendly staff. Air conditioned room was essential in the 38° heat.

Very small shower cubicle. Cups in the room would be good, however there was a kettle and chips to borrow in the shared kitchen area.
