The communication was excellent, Anna emailed me a few times beforehand to give me check in details and any information we needed. When we arrived, she was there and took us around the apartment, gave us maps and everything we could possibly want, she was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was just incredible, we were so lucky to have booked it. It was only a 5 minute walk from Termini station and metro and yet was in a peaceful street and tucked behind a huge door into a private courtyard. The apartment seemed to be brand new, the bedrooms were huge with enormous beds, AC and loads of space. The bathroom was also huge and equipped with toiletries and lots of towels we had a lovely kitchen with electric stove top, microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, everything! Finally a living room with cable TV. It was beyond perfect for us and like a haven after walking around Rome all day with children. We also ate twice in a fantastic restaurant on our street called La Famiglia, amazing and great value. I am so pleased we booked this place, everything was 5 stars and we would definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to stay somewhere peaceful, safe,clean and yet in walking distance to everywhere.

Nothing, it was amazing. It would be impossible to dislike anything at all and it was very quiet.

Area is quiet, very little traffic on the surrounding streets and there's a supermarket very near by. Close to station. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Hosts were friendly, helpful and available. There's a nice little courtyard to sit outside. We stayed for a week inand would certainly recommend it.

hot water in the shower seems to be limited and needed time to boil in order to have the 2nd person to shower some kitchen utensils are a bit rusty and dirty, recommend to deep clean or get new ones regularly

We were able to check in early which was great. Giulia met us at the door & was very helpful showing us through the apartment which was very comfortable for a couple. The laundry downstairs was very handy with washer,dryer & iron for guests. We liked the area for walking to restaurants & shopping in this quieter part of Rome!

Written instructions for the use of the cooktop & tv would have been helpful.

The property was well situated near the termini station so handy for making your way around the city. The apartment was secure and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

You only receive a limited amount of hot water as it comes from a tank. One of the nights we ran out of hot water. So only one of us get a shower. Not a problem but someone to keep in mind when taking a shower.

Before arrival we had excellent communication with Anna. We were met by the lovely Julie who showed us in detail around the apartment. We are a family of 4 and the Aqua Apartment had two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a small kitchen and living room. The place was spotless. They provided lots of towels and bathroom essentials. The hair drier is a great extra and a good one too. The kitchen is small but has the essentials for our stay. It is a quiet location near Termini station and metro with bus stops nearby. Conrad supermarket around the corner. A few nice restaurants in the area. We stored our 4 carry on cases and two small shoulder bags in the locker facility down stairs. They charge €5 per locker but we only needed 1. Try to have coins for the machine but they have facilities to change notes. Overall very happy with this accommodation and would happily stay here again if returning to Rome.

Just a few small things; towel radiator was not working but eventually managed to fix it ourselves. The headboard in one of the kids singles beds is loose which rattled when turning in the bed. These are small maintenance issues. Otherwise really happy with our stay.

Information on the property states that a €100 damages deposit is needed in cash we spent a while looking for a cash machine before going to check in only to find that this wasn’t needed.

Located in a surprisingly quiet neighbourhood close to the main train station, Termini, this place was spacious, clean, warm (we were there during early winter), professionally presented, well supplied with towels and toiletries and a comfortable bed. There is a cute elevator for carrying the luggage but our apartment was on the first floor so we only used it a few times. The staff is attentive to any issues. A great place to base our trip in Rome for 6 nights. Recommended.

The appartment is very clean, comfortable and large in size. It contains all you need for a city trip. You get enough and large towels. The beds are made, sized and sleep well. Shower gel, bin bags, ... it's all there. The instructions are very clear. You can check in and out whenever you want too. The host of the accommodation is Anna, she is very friendly and you get very fast and clear response to your e-mails. We were based in an appartment on the 4th floor and we don't hear any street noise, neither from neighbouring apartments. It is located in a quiet street but only a 10 minutes walk from the Termini Railway Station. It has a very good price-quality. It's a no-brainer, just book it.
