It was a very good experience. The place is very well located, very near Roma Termini. It was good deal for the money paid. The owner waited for us up till 2 am because our flight arrived really late and didn’t charge us for the late check-in.

Close to the train station and metro if you wish to travel to other cities or within Rome.

Mold in the bathroom and mattress has some deep indentations.

Very convenient location, comfortable bed, access to breakfast snacks, accommodating hosts, functional WiFi.

NOTE: There was widespread black mold in the shower and toilet area from residual humidity. The mold and ventilation issues in the attached bathroom need to be addressed immediately. Additional issues with the property were a loose bathroom sink faucet, lack of water boiler, absence of a top sheet and mattress cover on the bed, and very loud entry doorway that interrupted sleep. One of the legs of the bed frame was also bent in a way that made it look like it might collapse, but it thankfully held up during our stay.

Comfortable bed, private bathroom, great security and perfect location to the sites, the metro, and grocery store.

Location is good. Breakfast was a crossaint and coffee - very tasty! The manager was very nice, and she even suggested a parking garage for our car :) Only about a 5 minute walk if that 😎 Walk down to the area with the Ice Bar! It is only about a 20 minute walk from the DD Luxury House, and there are great restaurants and bars there!

The room is big enough, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is ok.

Just the rallway was smelled cigarette.

The location was perfect for me, it was in the city center and it took me few minutes walk to reach to my interview place
