We knew from pictures and reviews what we were expecting but were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Location is excellent 3 minutes walk to train station, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Room extra clean, great Air conditioning and WiFi. The Staff friendly and professional Diplee (maybe I misspelled) was great.

The room is tight so you can barely walk to bathroom and exit door but we only went to the room to sleep so it’s OK. For the price the room was great as Rome is very expensive.

Great value for money! The hotel has an ideal location right next to the train station, very convenient for travelers. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness is at a high level. They prepared our room earlier since we informed them of our arrival time, which was very thoughtful. Breakfast is not included, but you can enjoy a tasty and budget-friendly option at the café just across the street. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out, which is very convenient. The staff were extremely attentive — they even returned items we had forgotten in the room. Highly recommend!

Very close to Termini (5-7 minutes walk). Very safe neighborhood even walking at night. Small, basic, very clean room! Friendly, helpful staff. A few nice breakfast/restaurant places nearby. Walking distance to major attractions (half hour). We didnt use any means of transportation to visit the sightseeings. But, we loved walking around!! Perfect for our 3 days visit. Only went back to the hotel late in the evening. Not suitable for someone who wants to go back and forth to the hotel . Practical, clean, safe. Absolute value for money!! Would def book again!

There was not hot water in the evening. Only a bit warm. We didnt mind though switching for a morning shower when the water was hot.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and equipped with everything you need, we got fresh towels even though we only stayed for 2 nights which was a pleasant surprise! Also the hotel is located in a good neighbourhood and just 10 minutes away by walking from the train station Termini plus several bus stations right next to it. We had a wonderful stay in Rome and would definitely come to Hotel Positano again! Thank you so much :-)

Very close to TERMINI station and Castro Pretorio metro station. Clean room ( Deluxe room 4th floor), they changed the towels every day, water free, very clean room and location and the receptions personal was very friendly.

The noise. The wood door doesn't stop the noise made by the other rooms. I incurrage the property to change them.

The hotel left only positive impressions. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping everything clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly, always ready to help. There is free Wi-Fi, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, with great transport accessibility and plenty of cafés nearby. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, which made for a perfect rest.

The location was great.

The colour of the room didn't really do it for me. It made the room look cheap and it is actually a nice room. The hotel would help itself if it gave more information as to where exactly you were, I spent a long time on the metro taking two different lines to the Vatican and then we realised we could get the hop on .. hop off bus just around the corner. Which would have saved us time and money. Information in the room for tourists would help. But otherwise, a really nice location.

The location is very good - 5 minutes to Termini train station, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was clean. The window was to a silent side (close to a wall of other building) so it was quiet. The stuff was nice.

The room wasn’t very big, but it was enough for us. The deposit box didn’t work. But we had 3 keys to 3 different doors on the way to our room, so it felt secure enough

Stayed one night in Rome so perfect location near Termini Station. Room was very clean, freshly painted and newly renovated bathroom. Most importantly very comfortable beds and great value for money. Staff were excellent ,very welcoming and helpful . Check-in was simple and our 5.00am check out was a breeze. Definitely be back when next in Rome.

1. Located less than 10 mins walk to the main train station & metro, it was quite easy to navigate the city. 2. Rooms may be accessed with a lift so helpful when you are carrying heavy luggages. 3. Cleanliness is well maintained. 4. Beds are comfortable. 5. Staff are friendly.

No option for breakfast but they sell hot drinks so good enough. Other than that, really good place to stay.
