We were pleasantly surprised at the large room and facilities, good for the price in Rome. Bathroom was good size, came with shampoo and soap. A decent stay for the price. Close to the metro and cafes.

The door was a sliding door between the two rooms. Woke up most nights in the middle of the night with loud people checking in/out. The owner was loudly talking to them. The elevator didn’t work if the doors weren’t closed, so we couldn’t use it to go up if it was on another floor with doors open. Could do with glasses and a bottle opener.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Roma Termini and a 3-minute walk to the Metro station, so it was very easy to reach the main touristic attractions in Rome. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the AC was bliss! The owner was very kind and helpful, and he stored our luggage after we checked out so we could go for a last stroll in the city. It was very good value for the money and we will definitely return when in Rome.

Hotel located at the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. Very nice location, almost 30 min by foot from city centre and right next to castro metro station and 10min walk from roma termini. The room was very clean, beautifully furnished. The host kindly helped us by storing our luggage at check out. Value for money, will definitely come back next time when visiting Rome.

It was perfectly clean, the room and the bathroom. The staff was polite and good English speaking. We also had good communication before arrival. The wifi was good. The location is good if you want to visit the main attractions. Only for Vatican, you have to go with transportation from this place. Overall it was better than expected.

A little bit noisy from the outside but after midnight was quiet. The room was pretty small. The elevator doesn’t stop at the third floor, but not a big issue.

The location is very nice, close to termini station. The hotel room has an air conditioner, perfect for hot summers. The receptionist is a very nice person,I assume his name is Albergo.

The refrigerator in the room was not working. A kettle is also not provided in the room

We found lots of resturants very close to this hotel, making that very convenient. The hotel was close to the sites to be seen in Rome as well. Lots of public transportation available though we primarily walked. Sometimes a lot of walking, as on our third day we walked 13 miles.

The elevator was great, as I have some difficulty with stairs; but the elevator did not stop on our floor. I had to go up a floor and walk down one floor.

The location was great, just 15 minutes away from Roma Termini and very close to Castro Pretorium metro station. The room was clean and it did meet our expectations.

The guy at the check in desk was super creepy. I think he was drunk or something like that.

The room was clean, comfortable and nice decorated, the bed mattress was good, wi-fi connection was perfect and the owner was a very nice and helpful person. The last day we left our suitcases in the reception, after checking out, to wander in the city because we had a late flight. The location is perfect, near both metro lines.

We stayed there for 7 nights and they didn't change the bed sheets and the towels the whole week. They just took the carbage away every day. The fridge was very small and didn't worked properly. Even on the 4th floor, we could hear the sounds of the road.

No one knows how to check in the room. Only one staff manages the whole property and he sometimes does not take calls. Clear instructions to be provided too the customers on how to check in.

Remo was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

I have noticed that the pilows in Italian hotels are very hard. Albergo Sandra isn't an exception. I am not keen on eating sweet pastery for breakfast, but I suppose that Italians do have. Coffee was very good. Thank you
