We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hotel has a bit of a vintage feel about it which we appreciated, we were looking for a place with a bit of character. We had a quiet, clean room, and a good breakfast with helpful staff. The hotel is a very convenient 3 min walk to the metro and 2 min walk to the bus which takes you to the city centre. We had to leave our baggage on the last day and we were also pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to pay for the storage.

One TINY thing would be to have more options for veggie and vegan folk labeled. They have plant-based milks but you have to ask for it. The lady working at the breakfast bar was lovely and after we asked once about a different type of milk she asked us each morning if we would like some which was very nice of her.

Value for money good location with great restaurants & bars nearby 5-10 min walk to train station. Tidy clean and quite spacious rooms with good heating ventilation and bedding

More staff on reception assisting the sole member of staff that was excellent and efficient but a queue was out of the door. Breakfast room staff appeared unfriendly and twice cleared my table at breakfast when I had not finished

The property was a short walking distance from the metro, but also only about a 10 minute walk from the termini. Property felt very safe, with someone at the desk for 24 hours and entry to stairs/elevator required walking through closed doors. Room was well appointed and very clean. Great for a short stay. Perfect for one person, may have felt tighter for two. Great value. There are also several restaurants and pizzerias super close by. One other thing I appreciated about the hotel was that they had a refrigerated cooler downstairs for purchasing water, wine, beer and sodas. Perfect if you don’t want to venture out or if it’s late.

There are a lot of hotels nearby. Some street noise, but it was brief and dropped off quickly.

My family and I (4 people) had a lovely stay at the Hotel which is situated close to the main Rome Termini Train station. The facilities at the hotel were good with comfy rooms and enough options for breakfast each morning. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful and provided suggestions for where to visit and eat during our stay in order to avoid tourist traps. There is also a small supermarket and numerous restaurants just a short walk away from the hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel to other friends and family should they wish to visit Rome in the future.

Really comfortable bed, so hard to find in hotels these days. Staff was very kind and recommended a great restaurant to eat dinner.

Heard the trash removal from the street in the early morning, but can't blame the hotel for that. It's a bit different to stay in the building next door that is not connected to the lobby of the hotel, but the truth is it was very well organized, safely protected with camera monitors, and I felt fine.

The room is very beautifully decorated, quiet, and always clean. The bed was comfy. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central station and about 30 minutes walk from the colosseum and ancient ruins and the main attractions. But there is a metro station and busses right on the corner so there is no problem at all. As an added bonus, a big supermarket PAM is right at the end of the street which was convenient. AC was great! The staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel has very thick walls, once I got into my room, there was poor wi-fi signal strength, also my mobile network on my phone suffered a lot. They should add more Wi-Fi hotspots to gis this issue.

The location was excellent - short walk to the the main train station and into the city. Lovely room and great Air Conditioning. Breakfast was excellent and very well priced. The greatest credit to the hotel is the staff! They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful in providing information and advice on the city and arranging tours. They helped make our holiday amazing! Look forward to future trips to Rome and to stay in the same hotel!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Being close to Roma Termini (main train station), metro & buses was great. Easy walking distance to most of the main attractions (we like to walk a fair bit!). Good dining options & 2 supermarkets were close by too. It was away from the hustle & bustle of town, which was nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was also good and the location is really convenient it's 10 minutes away from termini station and a walkable distance from places like the Fontana de Trevi, the neighborhood was nice there were lots of places to eat nearby , totally recommend eating in the market at termini station!
