The hotel had a very good location, very close to a Metro station (20 mt.) and also close (1 metro station away) to the Termini station, in a quiet area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities necessary and more. The staff was friendly and polite, especially the person in charge of the cleaning in our floor (excellent!). The breakfast was good and well served.

The first morning, at breakfast, we could clearly hear a manager making a reprimand to a member of staff. It is not correct, nor from a HR point of view neither to the guests.

The heating was on even it’s not that cold outside, and there is no cold air condition!! It was difficult to sleep at night. I suggest to close the heating or give everyone the choice to turn on the heating or cold air condition in his room. Also the majority reception staff are not very helpful or welcoming! They are barely doing their jobs!

It was a beautiful clean hotel right beside a metro station 1 stop away from the main terminal. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. We were there for a concert and the staff helped us with all our needs to get around the city... There was a coffee machine in the room and teas .a kettle and a great hairdryer. The room we had was a queen it was very comfortable..

The bar was hardly open we got back late after a concert all we asked for was a juice as we walked 2 miles from the concert to then get a metro No room service for a hotel that size The room had a mirror but no plug beside it. The dressing table had a light a plug but no mirror.

Modern, well designed space. Good lighting, bedding, furniture, spacious cupboard, in room coffee machine, fridge, tea and coffee. The TV, work desk and full length mirror were great additions too. Staff pleasant and helpful. Easy location for local travel connections to many places in Rome. Shops and restaurants around. €10 euro buffet breakfast, a beautiful spread of food and drinks.

The room has sound proof windows, however from outside the room door into the corridor, sound travels loudly from other guests and cleaners. I also heard loud guests both above and next to my room. I think the room door could at least be modified to be more insulated from noise.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Good sound insulation. Good air conditioning. Nice toiletries. I took a cab from Roma Termini station cos I had luggage but otherwise you can just wheel yourself too - takes 10-15 minutes. Easy to get the metro and bus to the historic center. Not much to do around the hotel itself though. The hotel has a decent small restaurant for dinner only.

No room service or food option between breakfast and early dinner. It’s weird cos we check in in the afternoon exhausted and hungry. And the staff don’t even tell you that just half a block away there’s a supermarket where you can pick up refreshments. It’s a bit thoughtless of the staff tbh.

The hotel is fairly close to the main Rome train station - easily walkable with luggage. Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. Beautiful marble bathroom and room with balcony and view on 8th floor. There is a small supermarket close by and plenty of cheap to mid-range cafes and restaurants in a 5 -15 min walking range. We felt safe (even though we had had some information about the streets being a bit dodgy around the area). Normal travel conditions - stay alert, watch out for pickpockets, know where your belongings are. Lots of hotels and hostels around.

The pillows were a tad soft and the bed seemed just a little hard (but perfectly comfortable for a night or two).

The hotel is modern, they let us check in at 12 vs 15, that was great. Amenities include AC, a kettle (tea, coffee provided), TV, fridge, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Wifi worked well, they cleaned the room perfectly. Close to Termini station, there's also a supermarket nearby.

The room was supposed to have a queen size bed. However, the bed in the room was small and barely could fit 2 persons. We lacked slippers, and when we arrived, there was only one bottle of water, small size.

Good looking hotel with large rooms and very clean. Reception personal were extremely helpful and always available. Hotel is situated next to a metro and bus station so it is easy to get to central Rome and other key areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Better kettle and refills of coffee sachets did not happen. Would have been nice to have a nespresso machine as cheaper hotels came with this.

This hotel saved our honeymoon! We had another hotel booked in Rome that didn't work for us. We booked this hotel in the middle of the night and were able to check-in in the morning. I guess they had rooms ready and availability which made this early check-in possible. Staff were always really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the metro was not working during our stay. Otherwise the location of the hotel was very conveniently located.

We didn't include breakfast during our stay, but added one breakfast for the final morning. The breakfast was lacking a bit in quality but was enough to get us through to lunch.
