The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the metro, bus stop, supermarket and several restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast and the breakfast package on the day of departure was perfect. The rooms were clean. I highly recomment it.

Our room was big and perfect, but my family members, who were 2 in one room, found the rooms a bit small. The warm breakfast cooled down quikly, as there was quite cold in the restaurant area, but it's just a luxury problem, as the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. :-)

The location of the hotel was very convenient. I used a taxi from the airport to reach the hotel, but is a 2 minute walk from a metro stop and 8 minutes from Roma Termini Train station so I used this to get around

The room is no frills. But you get what is advertised and as far as entry level non-dormitory stay in Rome go, this was a nice and comfortable stay for my 3 nights. You will be out exploring anyway.

lift was jumpy, door was old, air conditioning didn’t work and receptionist tried charging €50 to airport when standard pricing was €31

Comfortable, clean hotel in great location, close to train station.

Bought a drink at the bar and took it to our room but the receptionist phoned the room to say we couldn't take glasses from the bar to our room! Thought that rather odd so just poured the drink into one of the bathroom glasses and returned the other one to the bar.

A comfortable hotel not far from Roma Termini. The room was big and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. The area is calm and less than a 10 minute walk from Termini; while not the most exciting area, it felt safe and there were several restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a bit dated now and in need of a renovation. Everything works fine but the walls and doors clearly show signs of wear and tear. Airconditioning works well but is quite loud.

I loved the room. It was extremely spacious and the bathroom was very big and clean. The air-conditioning helped to make the nights comfortable while Rome was around 30 Celsius. I could not hear noise from any other rooms which was great and I was not expecting much for breakfast, but it was actually quite good, full buffet, but no pancakes.

The wifi was terrible. I was never able to get any in my room, so I just had an audio book on in the evenings. The location was close to the train staion, but very far from the Borghese Gallery, the Vatican, trevi fountain, etc.

The room was nicely cleaned and it was a good surprise that it also had a small fridge. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices available. Castro Pretorio metro station is very close to taking the B metro to get into the centre. Using the B metro and Roma Lido train (100-minute ticket) to reach Ostia and its beach in an hour (changing to train at EUR Magliana)

Make sure you get back from Ostia on the last train scheduled for 9 PM, using bus transport (or night bus) at Ostia is unreliable.

The room was a fantastic size with a lovely big bed that was quite comfortable. Breakfast was included with my room and it was quite a comprehensive buffet that really impressed me for the price. I especially loved the luggage storage that I was able to make use of from the time I arrived in Rome in the morning until I was able to check-in later in the day. I would definitely stay again!

It was not possible to turn off the air conditioning when the card is not inserted inside the room so every time I enter the room after some time outside it's extremely cold and it's easy to get sick because of that. There should be an option to disable automatic air conditioning when leaving the room

Great breakfast and staff. Fridge is a great addition.

Pillows, shower and hat stand. Location is good meaning that you can walk to city center, but since train station is near there are a lot of homeless people and their garbage around. Nearby streets are not clean, there is garbage, feces, bad smell...
