Everything was good , breakfast was amazing , room was cleaned everyday fresh bed sheets and new towels, there is AC in the room and a fridge , the staff was helpfull and there is a garden you can go out and chill i would book the hotel again for sure if im going back to rome , the hotel is kinda close to every major thing in rome 30min to 1h walk ( there is no reason to use buses rome is beautyfull) and to the termini station its like 5min walk .

The only thing that is a minus its that the room we were in it need a little renovation , the door to the shower had its seal partly removed , the wallpaper in the walls started coming off a little in some places but overall i recomend to book the hotel its good.

The best was 24/7 front desk with very polite staffs. Nice breakfast. Next day we had a train to catch early morning so they also provide box of breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. The bar garden on back side is so pleasant with good light music to just relax with family friends after a tiring day. (though it closes at 11 pm. I wish they could open it little longer.)

I expect atleast a bottle of water and few glasses. I did buy water from vending machine but There were no glass in the room. Even a kettle is just basic which was also missing.

We were very happy with the hotel. It has an amazing restaurant and garden at the back (surrounded by banana palms!). The location is only a short walk from Termini, giving easy access onto the metro to explore Rome, or take trains to the airport or for daytrips (such as Pompeii). There are some other good restaurants nearby, and it feels a bit quieter than right in the centre of town. Friendly staff.

The twin single beds weren't the most comfortable, and the shower holder and sink plug rod needed maintenance. I'm not sure how effective the aircon is either (the rooms were hot, even with cooling on and early autumn temps outside).

Location is excellent. Only few minutes walk from Termini. extremely helpful and pleasant staff. I've stayed here before and would definitely recommend it if you want a central base to explore from. this visit we got the train to Naples/ Pompei Nice knowing your only a less than minute walk from the train station at the end of a day out

The breakfast is a little poor but not a deal breaker to be honest . Its enough but selection is a little scarce ..

The hotel was very close to the rome termini (7 minutes walking) and other attractions. Staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant there was wonderful and great price. You also get a discount at the restaurant for staying at the hotel. The receptionist sent us with bagged breakfast even though we had to leave at 4am. Wonderful experience!

Room and bathroom were a little small, but ok because when in Rome you really only need your room to sleep and bathe anyways. You will be out exploring the city all day anyway. The bathroom, although small, was beautiful.

The hotel is gorgeous, very pleased, the staff is very friendly and helps with everything you need. The room has all the amenities, it was very comfortable. I also want to note that the hotel has a very tasty breakfast, and in the evening you can order dinner, they cook deliciously. I highly recommend it, the location of the hotel is also convenient, not far to go to the center.

Great location close to Roma Termini. The staff very friendly, clean room with beautiful garden view. They let me store my baggague until check in and after check out. Breakfast was really good and at night, the restaurant was very nice.

The room and the bed were so small (tiny). Inside the room there was a quite loud noise like a elevator. In the morning the weather was very hot because there was no an AC.

I liked the atmosphere, and staff. My room cleaning was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very cosy and clean and beautiful things inside. Lovely garden.

At breakfast my senza glutine bread and pastry was very poor. At shower the sever was almost blocked. Too many birds in garden area at breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to Termini train station.

The heating in the room is centrally controlled. It was too warm and the only way to cool it was to open the window. This is a waste of energy and also the noise from the street could not be kept out. The light above the shower was out and the toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall. These were fixed when we reported them but really they should have been fixed before guests arrived. The shower is tiny, one can barely turn around in it. At least this was the case in our room. It might be different in other rooms. The hotel building is nice, it has a lovely inner garden and it was generally clean but it needs a deep clean, the walls need painting, the carpets on the stairs need changing and the furniture seemed quite old as well. The mattress definitely needs changing.

Friendly staff. Five minutes walk from the station. One amongst many hotels in that area, however, it has an outside area shaded "garden" with a few tables where you can take your breakfast or have a beer. It is like a small oasis in the middle of the city after a hard day in a city being a tourist.
