Location was amazing! Attendant people were very kind. Great facilities

The walls are quite thin so can definitely hear the next door room which only became a problem halfway through our trip when some new neighbours would have very VERY loud screaming conversations at 1am. Just something to consider :)

It was great! It was pleasantly surprising. We had a little balcony, bar fridge, own bathroom. Felt very private from the hustle and bustle. Also we had 4 keys, one for the main gate, then to our building, next to our floor then our room. So I felt very safe and secure! Pictures are just the views from our balcony, sorry non of the room but pictures online were the same.

We had a bit of confusion locating the property, but that is probably my own fault. Palma has 3 different buildings, so if you just type up Palma residence maps may not take you to the wring one. Just double check which one you are staying at and you should be all good. ☺️

The building we were in was full of character, our room was more spacious than we required which was great and we had access to a huge terrace. Well air-conditioned and had a small fridge. Excellent cleaning service and reception staff on hand to answer enquiries. There was a corner on our floor with a kettle but we did not need it. We felt safe in the building and the area. Excellent access to public transport, shops and restaurants.

There are several buildings and you may have to pick up keys in one and stay in another, but they are close by. We had no problem with that. The tap water is not for drinking, but lots of drinking water fountains around Rome.

We had a nice experience. Our room was located in the same building as the reception, on the first floor. It was clean and quiet, with air conditioning and a mini fridge, which is great if you are staying during the hot summer days. The staff at the reception were super nice to us. The location is great, quiet, very close to Roma Termini, where you have a supermarket and numerous restaurants, as well as the metro, trains, and buses to move around the city or get from/to the airport or other cities. Overall, considering the price, location, and facilities, it's a great option. I recommend it.

I had read some reviews that said the walls of the rooms at the Palma Hotel were thin and, consequently, noisy at night. Others said that the water pressure was poor, so I had some concerns before our arrival. However, our room was very quiet, the water pressure in the shower was good, with plenty of hot water. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen. The reception staff were very helpful, and being close to Termini station, the hotel was well situated for us to get around the city. The area around the hotel seemed safe, and there were some good restaurants and cafes nearby.

The pillows could have been more comfortable, but as I am a light sleeper, I find this in a lot of hotels and apartments I stay in. It would also have been better to have a kettle in our room rather than downstairs by the reception, although I understand that in Italy, the 'early morning cuppa' isn't a habit. So, I would invest in a small travel kettle if I visited Rome again.

The location is excellent

The location of the property is perfect. You can get everywhere super easy from here. They have a lift which is great of you travel heavy as we did. It is kept mostly clean and they change towels daily but we opted not to. The gentleman running reception is also very nice.

I wish they would offer breakfast but not a huge deal. The beds are not comfortable at all. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything. From people coming and going at all hours of the night to snoring. The floor was quite dirty. We are used to taking off our shoes at the door and walk around in our socks. Our socks were brown and also when we used a towel to clean up a water spill it was so dirty.

It was clean, close to termini and city centre. Had all the necessary amenities, air conditioner was working well, friendly staff.

There was a window with a view to the bottom of elevator. You could hear the people coming in and out. Walls were quite thin so you could hear other people next door. Sometimes there was a bad smell coming out from the drains. My personal towel was taken with hotel towels together as it was white. In general nothing was bothering me that much as we only slept there and spent most of the days outside exploring, but the stay was nice.

The location, the attention from the host, and the room in general. There was AC, a little fridge, a tv and a balcony. Someone would come each day to take care of the room, and replenish supplies if we used them. It is a secured building. The proximity to Roma Termini was so perfect to move around, if staying in Roma, this is your place , can't beat the prices of the metro to move around tourist areas.

I have no complaints. I found the hospitality to be perfect. The host went out of his way to check me in after midnight.

The location, very close to the train station. They provide free luggage storage. 24h reception so we could make the check in earlier.
