That hotel was better than I've expected. I'd made a reservation close to Termini Station 'cos my plane had to arrive before midnight and I did not want to have any problems with a late check-in. As I had remembered, the Termini's nearby wasn't the best area for staying. But that Hotel has positively surprised me. The room was very clean, staff very friendly and polite. There were no problem with leaving luggage in the day of my deparure till evening. As for Rome conditions there were quite silent, even. The hotel is only 5 minutes by foot from Termini, so it's very well communicated.

Breakfast could be better. The cornetti I've ate three days weren't fresh.

Staff were kind and I think upgraded my single bed to a double room bed They were also kind allowing me to leave my luggage safely locked with them until it was time to take the train out to Rome airport.they offered me a an area where I could repack additional items into my luggage and a room to freshen up in -so I was very grateful for that service -thank you very much! Very convenient to Termini Station -a little noisy at night as my room faced the street but slept well and quiet in the morning until the traffic started up.

The hotel was very clean and in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Termini. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay truly memorable. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. When we had a late-night flight, they kindly offered to store our luggage after check-out, invited us to relax in the waiting area, and even went out of their way to arrange a taxi to the airport. Their hospitality really made a difference in our experience.

Breakfast was italian style which can be ok for regular people but for someone who wants to eat healthy, too many sweets and so few if any vegetables. But yes, classic italian breakfast. Also the WIFI speed is not the best if you need uploading videos/large files. But for a youtube video or mail is just fine.

Clean room and lovely room, 209. Windows was in the inner part of the garden, so very quiet. Close to termini station, less than 10 min walk . Breakfast very simple, selection of croissants and cakes, ham & American style cheese . Hotel staff (workers) very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t feel very save to walk late at night , as there is gambling shop just next to it and some people drinking late nigh. But other than that, very lovely hotel.

Very ideal location near Roma Termini and Metro. Clean environment and they make my room daily.

Air-con and towel rack is central control. Thus, when it is too hot or too cold, there is no way to adjust. The hotel is next to a "bidding" (gambling) station. Feel a bit unsafe to travel alone at night.

The hotel was in a nice area considering it was walkable from the train station. We felt safe and secure while walking to and from the hotel in all directions. The room was large and accommodating for 3 people. I traveled with my daughter and her friend. The AC was great when on. The bathroom was large enough for us and the towels were refreshed daily. The room was cleaned daily. We had breakfast every morning and it was typical European fare. The coffee was great. There are great restaurants nearby. We ate at Mino restaurant a few time and their food was fabulous.

The AC did not run consistently. We had to request for it to be turned on at the front desk. That was a little annoying because the first morning we woke up sweating. The staff became aware of our wants and we had them turn it on every time we passed the front desk as we returned to our room. It worked out.

Good location short walk from main train station. Trevi Fountain only 20 min gentle walk. Helpful, friendly staff. Good free wifi, nice continental breakfast. Great little hotel for the price.

Maybe the air con could be a little cooler in the room during this heatwave, it was locked not to go below 22.

The room was good, the people were friendly and the breakfast was nice. Liked the vibe, was easy to walk around the place and see a lot of places.

The hotel is very accessible and easy find. The staffs are very nice, the room is sparkling clean tho i didn’t sleep because we checked-out on the 2nd day (didn’t consume the 2nd night anymore due to changed plan) but i was able to check if my friend who stayed for the first night had a comfortable one and said he likes very much the hotel. When he comes back next year, he’ll consider Hotel Dei Mille and will refer the hotel to his friends. I will also do the same on my next visitors.
