Absolutely perfect location, stone throw away from the train station, the decor was a bit dated and the room could do with a bit of paint but apart from that absolutely perfect, rooms were spotless and staff were extremely friendly, the cleaners were so polite as well, absolutely loved my stay here, because of the heat as well the room was roasting so on our way out for the day we mentioned it to the staff behind the desk and she said she’d organise a fan for the room, walked in later that night and there it was, ready for use and was very welcomed sight for our very hot and sweaty selves.

Like I said the room could do with a bit of paint and updating a wee bit, but apart from that it was perfect

The Location is right next to the Rome Centrale station. Very convenient. There are 2 rooms at the entrance of the building, I would avoid those 2 rooms at all cost as it is a fairly big hotel and it would be noisy. My room with double bed upstairs was nice and quiet. Space isn't big but considering it is in Rome, I had no problem. Everything is alittle small but that didn't bother me. Breakfast was quiet good as well. For being in Rome and for the price, cannot really complain. I would not stay in this area though in the future visit because area looks rough and abit far from the centre. For men no problem, I would worry if you are female travelling. All in all, I was really happy at Lazio.

Location, location. Very easy to reach from Termini train station , 2 min walk , and convenient to get to the Metro. Bag storage was really convenient. We use it before and after check out. Breakfast 8 euro definitely worth it . Anywhere close by was so much more money for less food. The breakfast options were good . Staff very nice especially Lidia. Loved the stay we will come back and recommended. If you are looking for a decent , clean place to sleep without the fuss and big luxury, way cheaper than the old city highly recommended.

Rooms need to be updated. Kinda old , but are very clean. No funny smells.

I liked that the property is quite central to restaurants and the local attractions. The staff were really nice. The hotel was clean.

The room was ok, however, I wouldn’t like to stay for a week or longer. The noise in the corridor from the other guests who were staying there was really annoying, plus you could hear the people in the room next door. The breakfast was ok, enough to set you up for the day.

The hotel is wonderful for location, right near Termini station and Collesium only 25 minute walk! Room quiet and beds very comfortable..No shower curtain in bathroom and bath difficult to get out of but overall a very good stay, grazie!!

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and the congress venue. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful with every inquiry.

The hotel could have some renovation, as the building is quite old. The shower box was very narrow; it was fine for me as I'm slim, but it was still hard to avoid bumping into the walls.

The location is boizko to the railway station and metro for about 30 minutes on foot to the colysée, in the room there was a refrigerator I meet in 3 stars this is the first time, the towel was changed every day, good breakfast was missing, of course, eggs

The air conditioner didn't work, the panel was blocked, there were no eggs for breakfast.

We're like this hotel because it's near at the station and other beautiful spots here in Rome. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, we're highly appreciated. Your breakfast preparation are good. May the Lord bless you all.

There is no refrigerator inside the room and no battles of meniral water. Other than that your good.

I booked Reali Lazio but i stayed in Hotel Siracusa (same company) It is close to the railway station! Nice breakfast and very friendly staff!!!! For me it was no problem that they changed the hotel 3 days before arriving! I had a great stay and loved the staff at the reception!!!
