Our second stay at this hotel and this time we got a spacious room on 5th floor with lovely terrace. Generous breakfast included also on 5th floor.

Nothing happy to stay again

The best features were price and location, 4 minute walk to Termini and I was on crutches (it actually took me 20 minutes, but Google said 4 minutes, and it WAS very close). And it was the best priced hotel around. I got an upgraded bed, large, and comfortable. I got in late and left early, so no chance to check out breakfast.

I was most interested in price and location and I got what I wanted. I couldn't find a plug to charge my phone, so it was a bit of problem, and the shower is small, but like I said, I was only interest in TWO things, price and nearness to Termini.

Booked this hotel as it is 100 metres from main Rome Rail Station (Termini) which allows to walk to hotel and easy access to the Metro which gives easy access to all of Rome no worries about walking around at night.

I have stayed here before because of its location. It is so close to the train station and easy to get to, especially after arriving in Rome after a long flight and hauling suitcases around. It is about a 35min walk to the main attractions eg Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc, completely doable or the hop on hop off bus and public transport are located nearby as well. Convienient location, lots of restaurants around and access to the train station. Good breakfast selection.

Our initial room smelled of cigarette smoke although it was clean. The air conditioning unit was not working properly but they happily upgraded us to a better room. If you have 3 adults in the room make sure that you get the room with the kitchenette as it is slightly bigger than a standard room for 3.

The entrance to the hotel doesn't seems appealing but as you come inside you have a clean room (decent size) and a comfortable bed. Though the hotel is old, it has updated facilities. The staff are efficient and helpful. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Roma Termini. Shops and restaurants are everywhere

It was 4am and we are scheduled to checkout at 5am and about to take a shower. There is a string in the shower that I pulled (and it broke the switch) thinking that it is a switch for the water heater. Marco came up to our room and said that I was pulling the emergency switch. As we check out, Marco told us that we will pay for the damaged switch. After some explaining, argument, and discussion, Marco finally let us go without a charge and I would like to thank him for that. I also do apologise for the damaged that I caused. The above incident would have been avoided had they put a sign near the string that says "Pull in case of emergency". Aside from that, our stay was comfortable though.

The location was very close to the station which was ideal after arriving in Rome by train and departing the next day. The room was quiet, clean and the air conditioning meant it was a comfortable overnight stay. The shower was nice and powerful. Lots of restaurants close by for an evening meal

A couple of very minor things. A kettle in the room would have been nice to make a drink The placement of the socket behind the single bed pillow was not ideal for sleeping if you wished to use it.

The place let me check in early (10am) with no issues and were really accommodating. Great location. The room was comfortable and had great air con, which I definitely needed.

Shower was a little cramped and didn't drain very well, but it did what it needed to. They could perhaps put more photos of the room on the site, as I booked not knowing exactly what I was going to get. It exceeded my expectations because of that, but more photos would be helpful.

Great location - close to Stazione Termini; easy walk to many historical sites; good noise insulation from most of the street noise. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean.

The location was amazing less than a block away from Roma terminal station. Staff was kind and very helpful. Lots of restaurants and services within walking distance like laundry service and luggage storage or currency exchange places. Walking distance from the hop on hop off busses start point.

The entire city is older, so don't expect anything fancy or modern. For example, only one person with luggage would fit in the elevator.

The location of the hotel is amazing: one can reach many famous historical touristic destinations on foot or by public & private transportstion that are in the direct vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is clean, the room has all the needed facilities & the staff members are nice & cooperative. Best value for money!!
