Location was literally 2 minutes walk from Roma Termini. We used the Metro every day for fast travel to destinations within Rome. Trains and the Termini were clean. Breakfast was not part of the booking but there were plenty of places in close proximity to eat. Our room was typically Italian in decor and was comfortable. The main thing we appreciated apart from comfort and close proximity to the Termini was our host, "Rito". He greeted us like a friend, made us coffee and was an invaluable source of information, never to busy to help us out.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee available in the room, but we could access coffee in the foyer of the hotel.

Located right next to Rome Termini, perfect as a base. Airconditioning is individual and works great. Relatively little noise considering it’s in a busy neighbourhood. Owner is nice.

The single room is very small and very old but expected for the price, very dark (no natural sunlight), blinds couldn’t be opened or closed, they were always half open. Shower is not big enough to actually shower comfortably in and the water went everywhere in the bathroom. The room does what it needs to do though: a bed, a toilet and a shower and airconditioning, for a low price for Rome. Also there was nobody when I wanted to check out at 7am even though they assured me there would be someone there.

Needed to be close to train station so this was a good location as the walk was 5 minutes.

Room was small. Bath towels were like large kitchen t-towels & the bath mat too was just a thin sheet of cotton which was not replaced each day, wet or not. The shower water made the floor surface very slippery as the shower curtain was sparse, shower floor level with the rest of the small bathroom.

great location, right across from Rome Termini train station. staff was pleasnt and friendly. someone was always on the premises.

bathroom was cramped on our second stay. price was a bit high relative to other accomodations considering there was no breakfast offered.

Staff were very friendly and fun! The bed was very comfy and air conditioning was amazing. Lots of restaurants nearby and the train station and hopon hopoff bus stop leaves from the station as well 😊

The walls were a bit dirty (had footprints on them). Wasn't an issue but would've made the room feel a bit nicer.

The hotel located at very convenient area, a minute away from Rome Termini, Metro and Bus station, and it’s super easy to find. Surrounded with shops, cafes, restaurant. Mahmoud at the reception was super polite amd accomodating well done Mahmoud. Also the owner, Mr. Antonio great us personally and he is very friendly and made us feels like visiting our family home instead of staying at the hotel, grazie senor Antonio. Highly recommended, this surely will be our little home in Rome.

It's not the best hotel I've stayed in, but it's certainly a very good value for money. The staff is very friendly and best of all is the location of the hotel, a few steps from Termini station. The cleaning is very good, they clean the room every day, which doesn’t usually happen in these types of small hotels. To sum up, a very good option for a couple of days if you want to go to Europe without paying a lot.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. We have been to Rome many many times and never stayed near the terminal. After this trip this will be a place to stay when in Rome for 2-4 days.

The staff were fantastic. They were always helpful and explained where to go and how to get there. Monty was lovely. Ready for a chat anytime. The property was very handy to Termini station. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well.
