Perfect location next to main train station. We had 2 rooms books pretty good and clean and air con worked very well.

Only issue we had was a problem with the shower in 1 room. The hotel didn't come to fix the problem or help and said go back to booking.com which we did and they were fantastic and offered a reasonable discount for our troubles. Other than this, the hotel was good. Well done booking.com, not so good Agora.

The location was fantastic, once you get the hang of the public transportation everything is easy! It was also nice to have so many food options around available. Check in was fast and the room was clean. Came with more beds than we anticipated! Led to more space for our stuff so we were content with it. Also many doors to get through so location felt safer

There was a weird smell in our room, presumably from the sewage/ drains that occurred occasionally. We got used to it after 5 minutes but kinda off putting. Like other reviews, the layout is a little strange where the garbage cans are in the front and reception in the back. Shower needed more shelving.

Location of Hotel Agora is excellent. It is very close to Roma Termini and was very convenient when I came in the evening from Naples. There is a supermarket located just opposite, where I could buy a lot of essentials. Plenty of eateries nearby. Metro connection from Roma Termini (intersection) was also very accessible. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a great stay.

I liked the location and the hotel. Not much that I didn't like!

it is near to the train and Metro stations therefore easy to go to all the attraction locations. for the price, the hotel seemed decent enough and provided sufficient clean towels

the water was not hot enough. No hook to hang towel and/or clothes so had to place clean clothes on sink

Room was lovely, need to update pictures on Booking.com as I wasn’t expecting room to be so nice. Staff were very friendly, we arrived at 23:00 and had no problem checking in. Located next to train station, with bus and metro.

Location was next to train station, however outside hotel felt unsafe with people hanging around and lots of homeless.

Convenient for exploring Rome.

The Breakfast was poor. Also, on the first night, we were staying in a Room facing the street, so it was difficult to sleep with the noise. We moved to another room, and everything was perfect.

We stayed here as we were going on a cruise. So we decided to spend a couple nights in Rome. Right by the train station, so easily accessible if you’re having a passing visit! Yes, there are bins in the entrance but once you pass this the property is clean.

A little noisy but what do you expect being next to a busy road by the main train station. Did not bother me as this was expected when booking the hotel.

I like the location, just 3 minutes walking distance to the Termini station ( where you can take buses, train and Metro). Inside the station are stores and bakeries. The staff was very helpful. The room was perfect size for me. It was very clean with towel, toilet papers, mini small soap and body wash (very small, good for two uses). The bed was super big and good. The A/C was working good and also the small refrigerator.

The elevator is old and small. I arrived late 2am, the sign of the hotel is small and I have some problem to find the hotel, sorry I have vision problems.

It was well located and not over priced. The bed was comfortable. Their restaurant recommendation was very good.

The hot water was variable for the shower. Our room was very noisy as it was close to the lift. Rubbish by the front door was smelly and unnecessary. They could swap the reception from the front to the back and move bins. How do all the other hotels manage to do this??
