Great location to station and being able to leave bags until afternoon train was a good bonus. Fridge items a nice touch.

WiFi in back bedroom was not good.

I liked the fact that it was conveniently close to Roma Termini, the airport coaches and the hop on hop off coaches. It was also very clean, lovely comfortable bed with white linens, great bathroom and I even had a balcony. Veronica was a great host and staff were very friendly. One staff member even carried my heavy suitcase down the stairs for me on departure, which was above and beyond what I expected.

The 47 steps were a small difficulty on arrival but only because my suitcase was so heavy. Not a problem once I was booked in.

I have been to Rome several times, but this is by far the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely unbeatable: 47 Steps is just a few steps from Termini station, making travel incredibly convenient both on arrival and departure. Both metro lines depart from Termini, so getting around the city is extremely easy. The host, Veronica, is simply fantastic—always available, kind, and attentive to every need. It is clear that she is highly experienced in hospitality and truly cares about her guests. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a reinforced door at the entrance, which provides complete soundproofing and a strong sense of security. Inside the room, there is also a mini fridge stocked with snacks, soft drinks, and water, all offered for free upon arrival—a generous welcome I have never experienced anywhere else. Comfort is guaranteed thanks to air conditioning and a heat pump, making the stay pleasant in any season. Another bonus is the coffee machine with biscuits and a fully equipped kitchen—small touches that make the experience even more enjoyable. Moreover, the possibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out is a huge advantage, saving extra costs and the hassle of relying on external storage services. Excellent services by the staff, who helped us very promptly and after check out went beyond the usual when we were in a tight spot (cancelled flight at 10 pm). There is no need to praise the location - on one side the central station Termini, decent supermarket there, a couple of very nice breakfast places as you come out the building (eg Bar Fondi). I will praise the cleanliness and the (again unusual at this price) complimentary snacks, water and sodas in the little fridge, and also the free extra toiletries (shaving stuff included). The room was adequate in size, given that when in Rome we don't spend much time inside. The air conditioning functioned well and I particularly liked that the unit is placed so high up that it doesn't blow directly on the bed. The building has very clean hallways. The check-in process is very easy and modern, and for everyone - those that like to be welcomed by a person, and those who don't mind putting in a code to open doors. All in all, it is a very good value for the price. Thank you again!

The location was ideal for exploring Rome and in easy reach of all transport links. The room was spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. The room was cleaned daily to an exceptional standard. The communal kitchen was well stocked and always available to use when I needed it. Extras like toiletries including a shaving kit and grooming kit, numerous coffee/tea options, and the fridge in the room made it really easy to travel with only a small bag and not have to bring everything or buy it when we arrived. The electronic key was great. Veronica was easily contactable and replied very quickly. We had an accident involving one guest damaging an item of furniture and sustaining an injury (their own fault) and when we let Veronica know, she was much more bothered about making sure she was okay as opposed to the damage caused. She is a genuine, caring host and goes above and beyond for guests. I have stayed before, and the family member I travelled with has said she will definitely come back! We will definitely book 47 steps again in future.

Signal can be patchy (dependent on your mobile network) and the WiFi can be temperamental and so there can be some slight issues with the electronic key if you don’t have enough signal or wifi, but this is no fault of the accommodation.

Rudia is very accommodating as our requests were granted such as disposable slippers and adapter. On top of that, we were allowed to check-in early at 11am at a minimal cost of €20. Good thing that the room was available. We stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely book here again in the future. ☺️

47Steps is located at the 2nd floor and so, you will take 47 stair steps to reach the place. I wished there was an elevator because it would be helpful if you have a heavy luggage and if you're traveling with kids.

Perfect location! The 47 steps are not steep stairs so it was not an issue . 2 min walk from the train station not only that the building has everything you might need, coffee shop, restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, ect. The host is super friendly and accommodating . She goes above and beyond. Great attention to detail . the room is nice and clean with Netflix provided . Bathroom is updated with modern fixtures and little boxes with a vanity kit, full size shampoo bottles and conditioners provided. The “lobby area “ had coffee pods, maker, fruit and the fridge in our room had chocolates that our kids liked. Best place to stay!!!

Depending on how’s in the other rooms could get kinda loud with opening and closing doors during the night

The room was very spacious and comfortable with a very good shower! It was a perfect location near Roma Termini and great access to big attractions for a 2 day stay. Free coffee, tea and snacks were provided for us. The aircon also made a huge difference for a 34 degree day in Rome. The host kindly let us leave our bags before and after check in!

There was a little bit of noise in the middle of the night and early morning.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel. Good size room, very clean with super comfortable beds and pillows. The location though was a standout. Right across from the centrale station - 5 minute walk if you dawdled.Fabulous!

The internet is a bit tricky when you first get there - and when reception is closed it did take some time to get into the main apartment suite area. But eventually we got there and no other issues during our stay.

One night transit through Rome. Good quality for the price. Room very clean. It is positioned facing the inner courtyard so it is very quiet. Very clean and modern bathroom. Right across the street from the train station. The steps are no big deal. They are wide.

Lousy wifi. Because it faces the inner courtyard the smells from the trash at the bottom are overwhelming. Do not open the window.
