The hotel is located near Termini train station and it is quite quiet in the hotel itself. The room is spacious and clean with fresh towels.They also gave me the remote control from the air conditioner and I could turn on the warm mode since it's cool enough in January. In general, everything has been good. I will definitely come to this hotel.Thank you))!

Sometimes i could hear the TV from the reception because the room was right next to it, but when I asked to turn it down, everything was done quieter!

room 207 had high ceilings, very good sound insulation, considering the fact that it was next to the station, the room also had air conditioning, conveniently located and refreshed the whole room, refrigerator, kettle, small TV, separate bathroom with shower, bidet, toiletries accessories - beautiful interior) there was also a very large and comfortable bed for two people, nearby tables on both sides with lamps and sockets)

I didn’t like the fact that when we left the room we left a housekeeping sign, but we came and noticed that the room had not been cleaned, the bed had not been made and only one foot towel was replaced; also the water drainage was very poor, water did not pass through either the sink or the shower and accumulated in the tray)

Clean sheets, concierge was available after midnight and helped me figure out the access

Its strategic location, make it easy for traveller like me to go to another city while leaving my luggage in the hotel here. Plus, it feels like home and although looks old but i think it is well maintained and there are a lot of amenities provided (except toothbrush and paste which not a big issue)

Probably the noise at night from the eateries downstrairs.

The property was in a convenient location with Termini Station, Coop supermarket, Poste Italiane very close. We booked last minute due to train cancellation caused by flooding. We were happy with our stay. The decor was dated but that doesn’t matter as long as it’s clean. A tall/large person would find the shower cubicle small but this is not unusual in any property. We didn’t choose breakfast but there is an option. It was quiet too - other guests were respectful and no out of the ordinary ambient noise. Helpful staff.

the host was super helpful and answered all my questions. Great little restaurant downstairs. Although you're right by the terminal it's a fairly quiet street and I felt safe. The room was really clean and no bed bugs!! 3 min walk to station if that. I will definitely stay here again if I'm passing through Rome.

The bathroom smells bad. And it floods each time we take a shower. That's why we asked for room cleaning every day.

There is no lobby. And you have to pay 5 euros each for the luggage to be stored.

They have breakfast for everyone, even if you haven't a reservation for, only you have to pay a reasonable price for it. Excellent staff 👏. Good location.

Amenities need more attention after doing the cleaning room.
