I have been a guest of this hotel for a few times and the last one has been the best. I had a newly renewed room, very spacious and comfortable with new furniture and very clean. Personnel is very nice and generally courteous. The hotel has a perfect location in the middle of the city and adjacent with the main train station.

The area around the hotel is not very safe, so, please be careful with your valuables when you are around the hotel.

Location was literally 2 mins walk from main Termini train station, and few mins away from the metro. Was within 5 mins from Santa Maria( pope Francis burial site), and 20 mins walk to the collesum. Food/ cafe/ grocery shop and pharmacy were literally outside the hotel. The airport coach which stopped outside Termini station was a 10 mins walk. Staff was absolutely amazing. Room was cleaned every day/ towels changed daily. Soap & shampoo provided. Air con was soo amazing in this heat - it literally made the room so cold we had to switch it off on a few occasions. Considering it's a 2* we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Also if u required halal food there was plenty options within a 5 mins walk.

Slightly a bit out dated, and mattress was uncomfortable. Also only had 2 sheets over the bed as cover and no duvet. I know it was extremely hot but with the air-conditioning, the duvets would have made it nicer. For a 2* it was a nice hotel and near everything. We were out and about most of the day so was very happy with our choice.

2 minutes from Termini station where you can access metro line B and A, Trains to Fiumicino airport every 15 minutes. It is identical to the pictures shown on booking. Room is in a separate building in a separate corridor, more like a little apartman. Neighboring rooms could not be heard. Double boxspring bed and a simple, pillows are comfy, new towels and soap every day if you need. 0-24 reception and you get your own key, very secure building. Next door are a caffee, mini market and restaurants. There is a construction in the next street, check if it is still in progress when you book if you cannot sleep in noise, they honked until 4 am, but after all day walking we still could sleep, it was like a live white noise machine. :D staff girls were nice and helpful, they even stored our luggage for hours. If you want to just have a shower, store your stuff and sleep after a long day, this is definietly worth it!

The bathroom was a bit grimy, mold on the groutes and window trim. You can absolutely live with it, but it could be removed easily and then this place could be perfect. The room and the washroom could use a rug because there are tiles everywhere.

We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. It is very close to the termini, to restaurants and the supermarket. Although very small , with a really small bathroom, the room was well laid out and everything worked well. (This has not always been the case in our experience with hotels in this location and price range) The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet and effective and the room was clean. Roxanne at reception was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on the 5th floor and there is a lift although very small and very slow.

I loved how close it was to the central station. The older man was really lovely when I was paying my city tax, he also offered me a hot drink which was a lovely touch! The woman was really lovely too, her English was superb and asked how my stay was and if there was anything I could add for future customers. I was always greeted every time I came in or when I left the property. Speaking English wasn't a problem!

I didn't really like how tacky the lift looked, instead I used the stairs. Something to keep in mind it is on the 5th floor, which I didn't mind but some people might.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great (Termini station is just a few meters away). It is no more than 30 minutes walking away from the city center, but you could also use the public transport, which is very convenient at the Termini station. We preferred to walk, so we could see more of Rome and we hardly used any public transport. All in all, we are satisfied with our stay and the room met our expectations.

Good price for what you pay for - room was big and spacious. The staff was friendly and also allowed us to hold our bags for when we checked out. Reception is also 24/7 so you can enter and leave when you want. Really do recommend this place especially because it’s next to Roma Termini station so it’s easy access to the entirety of Rome.

The bathroom was fairly small so it wasnt ideal.

Good location - both for walking and using public transport. Clean, fresh towels daily and staff always available 24/7. Aircon in the room. TV too but didn’t use that. Felt safe and secure. Very competitive price.

Location: Very good, just a 3-5 minute walk to the main train station. Cleanliness: Very good. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Value for Money: Matches the pictures and, considering the price I paid, it is a good hotel.

Awesome Donatella at reception. Great customer service and genuinely interested in the customer. Very comfortable bed, small room but nice and clean and very good wifi and aircon. Location 2 mins from train station with some good little cafes restaurant on the same street. It's not flash and it could be too small for some but for us it was good. Plus they have 2 x lifts and that's so important. We are booked to stay again. Very good value for money. Most importantly you feel safe and on the 5th floor its quiet.

Nothing really. It is a bit dated in the bathroom, tile grout is dark in places and small if you need space you might want to ask for a bigger room. Nothing to put us off.
