Location was excellent

Hard to find with construction blocking the Number on Street, went around in circles for over an hour, why we cannot find 80 the number, only to see it was covered with scaffolding all over the block and corner, an email with a picture of the location, and a picture from the train station would have helped I missed my appointment for the Gate at Giovanni Jubilee, would have made it in time, for 6pm, if I did not have to wander for over an hour finding the tiny entrance, the tiny sign pointing to the left, and you dont see it from the street!! or sidewalk, walked by it a dozen times until another tourist guided us to the door,

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and warm. The location is brilliant as it's right across the road from Roma termini which allows you easy access to all of Rome, via all public transport options.

The guesthouse is an apartment block that shares a lift and foyers with other hotels and apartments. These shared spaces were very grubby and dirty and in contrast with the lovely clean guest house. The guesthouse bathroom door didn't close properly as the frame seems to be buckled.

clogged shower tray the cleaner opened the window after cleaning and forgot to close it so the flies/mosquitos got inside our room. but otherwise our stay was good.

Very good location, I found everything close, transportations (airport shuttle, train station, subway and bus) restaurants, shops. All this facilities made my stay easy to visit Roma. Lady of reception was very helpful. We kept our luggages at the reception until our check in.

Room are renewed and look nice but I think that cleaning team should do better.

Excellent location for sightseeing by bus and on foot. Around there are cafes, bakeries, everything is not dark and deserted. The rooms are clean, only the beds are not very comfortable, but for a few of nights it's ok

The location is great you can easly access public transportation. Room was clean. Communication is great and we left our luggage before check in (because we arrived early)

Great location opposite the Termini. Not the cleanest or safest feeling area though. The room I got was clear and comfortable and the cheapest on Booking.com at the time.

Bathroom did smell a bit.

The lady that was cleaning the room was excellent!! She was very friendly and helpful! She went over and beyond to help us with the internet connection and unlocking our door!!! Excellent!!!

Convenience to station.

There was a bad order from time to time. Maybe related to the outside environment.

It is really clean and modern, the staff was friendly and helpful and the metro is so close, only 1,5km away from the most sights. I highly recommend.

The neighborhood and maybe the bathroom can be bigger. It was little bit noisy during the night.
