we spent 5 nights at the Magic hotel. Great location - right next to the station and next to the metro station. Moreover, you can reach the main attractions on foot (approximately 1.5 km). The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and polite - we arrived at night and the lady immediately brought refreshments and tea to everyone. the rooms are neat and clean, there are restaurants nearby where you can eat good food and do not charge extra for service. I recommend this hotel.

The room was good & but i found the bed was too hard for me so were the pillows. My partner on the other hand thought it was great.. Shower was hot & had good pressure But the water squirted out of the nozzle in every direction making floor wet. Had to adjust the pressure to stop this happening. The walls were very thin & every morning the neighbors woke us up at 5am showering & talking in there bathroom! Even early evening you could here them chatting... Apart from that, great location right round the corner from train station. Felt tad unsafe at night.. Street rather dirty & full of rubbish..

Lift waaaay too small. Only big enough for 1 person & when the hotel is literally on the 3rd floor & you have a group of uou, not good! Wonder what happens when the lift breaks down 🤷‍♀️ Walls are thin and you hear every next to you..

All was great - location and service. We had a clean and cozy room with my friend, and the team of the hotel was very friendly and nice. It is located 2 minutes from the main train station, and it’s easy to get to any district of the town from this location. All restaurants are near by, and if you need a supermarket, it’s also located within 2 minutes (Tigre supermarket). It takes 20 minutes by feet to Coliseum, 40 minutes to Trevi fountain, Pantheon etc., and 1 hour to Vatican, or you can take a train from Termini and get for 20 minutes.

Location it's perfect for a few days considering that's very close to Termini and the main points of interest (colosseum, Foro Romano, Fontana di Trevi, etc). The room was small but with enough space and have a good sleep. Cleanliness was great, I felt very comfortable with that. The private bathroom was also good. My room had a small working table with a small fridge that was excellent for doing some remote work and saving some Cannolo to snack later. Regarding wifi, altough I never felt any cut, there was sometimes quite slow but enough to do remote work.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. They helped me with every request I had and I do recommend this place for them as well. However, there were two odd situations where they asked me to enter the room while I was inside. First time was to measure the beadspread (since they needed to know the measurements to buy a similar one) and the second time was because they needed to hang a sign over a wall. I didn't feel bothered but I felt those where two situations that can easily be resolved once I did my checkout.

Was really close to everything. 5min from the metro or train station. Neighborhood was nice to walk even at night. The room was clean and we had pretty much everything we needed for 4 days.

Walls are thin…people from the next room decided to party all night and we had no other choice than staying awake with them… We had a little issue with the shower but the staff proposed to us to use other showers from other rooms and in the next day the issue was fixed !

The facility was very central and easy to find. I think they renewed the beds and the rooms a bit. I stayed at the single room and it was better and looked newer than the pics on the booking.com and google reviews. The towels and sheets were clean and the hostel looked really clean as well. You can walk to colosseum in 30 minutes. The staff was very kind too, my flight was cancelled due to a Lufthansa strike and they kindly modified the dates of my visit and refunded the amount.

It’s a bit loud and noisy in the morning. I guess the walls are not that thick. The stairs were really narrow and the lift is just for one person.

The room was nice and big, fit all three of us pretty comfortably. It had a small balcony which I liked. It was a nice surprise for my daughters and I when we stayed there. Wifi worked great and ac was also in good working condition. The bathroom was a nice size. I usually read the reviews of the hotel i stay at so writing a review is important.

The only complaint i have is the bed. It was hard, not comfortable at all. It hurt my back, my hip and my neck. Even just laying on my side hurt. It was nice and big but definitely needs to be upgraded a bit. And maybe the elevator, was ridiculously small. But that is the buildings issue not the lady who rents apartments.

Building was old and stairs were smelling food but when you enter the hotels floor it was smelling really nice it was obvious that the hotel was very clean. Room was old as well but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and sheets were sparkling clean and was smelling very nice. Staff was helpful and also they chanced our towels everyday with clean ones. Elevator was only for the luggages but it was not so hard to use the stairs. Room didnt have a view but it was not a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside.

Location, location, location. Lift for luggage was perfect. Clean room and service staff checked each day. Liked the access to the hotel with the key system and the buzzer service and a caretaker on site if needed. So close to the termini, food outlets, coffee shops and easy to walk to main attractions e.g. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps... Luggage storage lockers next door if your train/bus leaves hours after check-out time. Have recommended as a great BUDGET hotel close to everything for those who just want a clean, comfortable bed, hot shower and bathroom facilities.

Some other guests were a bit noisy around midnight! But height of holiday season and everyone's living their best life :-)

Perfect location, it's super close to the main train station and also within walking distance to many landmarks in the city. Staff was super nice and kind, you could tell they want you to enjoy your stay and improve their services.

I didn't have many problems with the noise but sometimes you could hear people speaking in the corridor. If that could be solved somehow, this would be a 10/10 stay.
