The room was cleaned every single day, the central station and all mobile commodities it provides just in 2 minutes walk, supermarkets/shops nearby, even some museums (that was my interest's point) in walking distance. Very good and effective communication with the staff for self-check in or any problems.

Nothing, the presentation of the hotel and the room was absolutely correct during the reservation. So hadn't unpleasant surprises.

Entrance was from a buzzer labelled Evergreen. Once the door opened I had no idea where to go and there was nothing to tell me. There was a flight of stairs to a lift. I took the lift to the second floor and called ‘where is Evergreen’ and someone came out of a door and said Evergreen was on level 3. Laura, the owner, who was lovely, told me that the booking reservation said take the elevator to the 3rd floor. When I checked my reservation, I found no mention of that. The other problem for me was a flight of stairs to the lift and another flight of stairs from the lift to Reception. So I had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs and down 2 flights when leaving. That was difficult for me as a solo woman traveller who is not young.

Great location, close to the termini station and all public transport. The apartment was well accommodated, with a small fridge, coffee facilities and a good bathroom. It was really silent with double glazing. Cleaning was done every day and change of sheets every two days. Friendly and helpful staff.

The internet was very slow and at times the router had to be restarted to get it working. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the access to the lift is with 3 sets of stairs. This should be mentioned in the description as my husband had difficulties taking the stairs to the lift.

Good value for money. Very convenient as it’s near the train station. Clean!

It’d be great if there could be a sign in the bathroom informing guests that the lights are controlled by motion sensor lights. Had a hard time looking for the switch/ figuring out how to turn on the switch nearby, ended up spending some time in the dark in the bathroom with the bathroom door open (other lights in the room controlled by traditional switches), then after a while we figured we needed to exaggerate our movements to activate the motion sensor lights in the bathroom. Not a big deal overall though. Very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The room is a reasonable size for its price. The location is excellent just a few steps away from Roma Termini station. If you would to visit Rome- would be good to base near the central station and Evergreen for me is the right accommodation for my short stay in Rome. Though the breakfast is not served you can easily eat breakfast just a few steps away from the property. Try Sicily and Binerio Cafe just in front Roma Termini- it's a good experience

Great hotel location and you can check in from 12 AM. Very useful. The staff are really friendly.

There were a couple of drawbacks that made my stay less comfortable: 1. The room's floor was completely tiled and cold, with no floor heating or slippers provided. 2. The bathroom was too damp. The towels didn't dry properly because the ventilation only worked with the lights on. Plus, the hotel has a rule to change towels only every three days.

Great place. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and it had all the necessities. Laura was very welcoming and helped us plan our trip, by recommending restaurants and informing us about the transportation system. The hotel is located close to the train station and the metro station. Also, it is near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy. We were given the option to leave our luggage even after check-out. I highly recommend it.

Good location and the manager Fabrizio was very helpful to us - they stored our bags even after checkout, which we really appreciated. They communicated well before the trip.

Building was a bit tricky to find and enter, but we figured it out.

Honestly can’t believe this is a one star hotel! It’s in a beautiful Italian townhouse surrounded by restaurants and literally a minute away from the main terminal and 20 minutes walk from the centre of Rome. The room was outstanding, really beautiful and clean with all the facilities. The owner Laura was so lovely and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was okay. She helped me plan my travel routes and made sure I knew where I was going. I can’t get over how good the hotel was for what I paid, it was really amazing and so cheap! would definitely recommend.

The owner staff was kind enough to offer help when i got back from a extremely horrible raining afternoon so I promised to rate 9

The staff didn’t provide code beforehand and not speak precisely when I called on phone. The other thing is that cleaning staff have issues or what. I still couldn’t figure out if the cleaner has beef with me because my bag on the chair had always been squashed and bed sheet was turned to back side everyday I went back. My toothbrush and etc were always moved after her clean. These things are freaking weird……
