A few minutes walk to Termini station. Restaurants and bars right outside the accomodation and surrounding areas. Very clean and comfortable bed.

After checking in, we were told that our accomodation is not in the same building. We actually had to walk another 10 min with our lugguage to reach our room. Room was very small. The portable aircon which was in the room was very noisy.

This hotel is not a standard meaning of "hotel" because it's located in a living building with two apartments. So it can seem strange... BUT! I'm very satisfied with my stay! Because for an affordable price, you get a clean room with your personal bathroom in the room, AC! (which is super important now..hello summer 2025...), refrigerator, TV, and a hair dryer. Every day cleaning, changing towels. The reception is available 24 hours, so you can check in late at night or early in the morning.. also you can leave your luggage for storage. The location is very convenient, 8 minutes from the Tiburtino station, plenty of places to eat... also a supermarket at the train station. Yes, you will hear your neighbors... but it's a question of politeness. Even in a 5-star hotel, there are people who don't respect others and you will hear them.. So if you need an affordable, simple, and comfortable stay - this is a good option!

The location is good, Termini is not dodgy as everyone believes. The room was very big, with AC, and had 1 double bed and a single bed.

You need to make a phonecall to check in, the door bell doesn't work, so you better have credit in your phone for an international call! I went to the address in the booking, but the manager then took me to another building where my room was. This ended up being better because it was closer to the metro station. The pillows gave me neck pain. The toilet smelled like dog food :/ One day I went back to my room two times (morning and afternoon), and both of the times the cleaning man was inside...

I like location of the hotel and more over I like the building. It was so beautiful to come inside. Room was normal, pretty comfortable. There were almost everything that you need: bed, cupboard, mirror, fridge, heating, table, chairs. In bathroom were absolutely everything that you need during your stay. And big surprise for me was everyday cleaning. Every everything I returned to the room and find everything clean, and fresh towels were lying on the bed. I enjoy my time in Rome, thank you for comfort🩷

During our way to Rome we got some cold, so we really need to drink some hot tea to cure. But teapot was in the reception room that wasn't open all the time. Sometimes we came back home and everything was close(

the hotel is near the train station and the metro station. there are supermarket and some restaurantes near it. the conditioner is located in comfortable place not to blow up nobody) small refrigerator was very useful in the hot summer.

the sounds of Rome are very loud) at first we thought it was not a problem but echo from mopeds, buses and garbage trucks disturbed our sleep. there was mold in some places in the shower. towels were not so clean.

We absolutely loved the location, 5 min walk from Termini The host at the reception was wonderfully nice and friendly He even held our bags after check out for a few hours, for free Across the apartment is a caffe where you can get coffee and breakfast foods The room isn't luxurious but it has a comfortable clean bed and a bathroom, that is all we needed Every day you get clean towels

The traffic on the street is really busy and you can't sleep with a window opened because of the noise But I think it is like this at most streets in rome

The location was excellent - only a 5 minute walk from the train station, and we were able to walk into the heart of Rome to see the attractions. The room was good, not fancy but it had everything we needed and we had enough space and it was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and let us leave our luggage with them while we explored before check-in. I loved the lift - it was 120 years old and needed both the inside and outside doors shut to work - a touch of old world charm. We were a bit confused on entering the building because there are several businesses within it but we followed the black rubber matting to the office at the top of the ramp. The hotel was excellent value for money and we couldn't have done better for the price - and the town tax was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location- we needed to stay close to the station yet close to the main attractions- therefore this place was perfet for us. As you can see in the description section, it is not a high end 5 star hotel, but as we don’t spend much time in the hotels when traveling, it was more than great for us. The bathroom was freshly renovated(or it just looked very fresh and clean), we had an AC in our room, plus a window for some fresh air. Plenty of good places where to eat as well. Would recommend it for tourists that are looking for a simple yet clean place, close to some major attractions!

Room was spacious enough and confortable, had working air con, a lift, and really friendly staff. Location was very good, close to the train station and buses.

We loved our stay, but actually ended up at one of Sun Moon's sister hotels, which we were only told about upon our checking in at 10pm! So ideally, in the future, if this is going to happen to other guests, perhaps it would be worth emailing customers in advance. Staff were lovely and where we ended up staying was really nice, but we just confused and it was dark and we were in a new place, so be nice to have some advance warning if that happens regularly!

Overall, a great stay. It was a little difficult to find as there wasn’t any clear hotel signage. Equally when you get in the building, it’s not obvious where to go to find the reception room. The room was clean and certainly big enough for us. We walk a lot on city breaks so it wasn’t a big deal for us to walk to all the sights, however Sun Moon is well connected with public transport, being a short walk from the bus and train terminal (takes 35 minutes from the train station to the airport). It’s also near a number of good restaurants, supermarket etc

A bit of signage would help a lot in finding it.
