Everything was perfect, the only problem that was that there was a camera inside apartment and no one warned us, this is very big minus, no one has right to put his nose to my family’s life.

Located at the 3rd floor building close to Termini station. Very good communication with Diana, who reached out prior to check-in. Appreciate the well-stocked pantry with condiments, juice, tea, coffee and snacks. More than ample supply of toilet rolls, shampoo and soap, dishwashing liquid, and bin liners. Has a shower caddy for toiletries. Has functioning cabinets with hangers and a first aid kit with hand sanitizer. It is possible to leave luggage with them before check-in and after check-out.

We did not notice the lift (old style with door) upon our arrival so had to carry our luggage upstairs. The toilet flush button is "press and hold"; otherwise, it would not flush. The building entrance is hampered by bins that are placed at the main door. Difficult to get through especially with large luggage and bags.

Comfortable and tidy room. Nice bathroom with soap and shampoo, shower with lots of hot water. Many thoughtful extras in the room: refrigerator, hot water kettle, tea and treats. Wifi worked well. The common room had good coffee and pastry treats. Staff were responsive and very helpful. The hotel location was super convenient, a few blocks from the central train station and within an easy walk to most of the major sites and museums.

Make sure to get the door access code before you arrive.

Good location a few blocks from the main train station. Communication with the hotel was great. You need to be buzzed in to the hotel and then take the elevator to the 3rd floor - this still requires going up and down a few stairs. The staff was wonderful and gave me a good explanation of the facilities. This is like a B&B and there is a main coffee room with coffee, tea and treats available. The room was very comfortable and nicely laid out. I was staying here before taking the train to the airport the next day and was still able to walk and see many of the sites around the city.

The only issue I had was there was someone in the apartment above who was a loud walker until after midnight but this is out of the hotel's control. Otherwise it was a nice and quiet location to hide away for a night.

The location is great, you are very near the station which makes life very easy if you are only staying for a night or two and you're on a budget. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station. It was very hot whilst I was staying and there was air con, the price was good and I had everything I needed.

There's a window but no view - it opens into a courtyard with tall buildings all around. However, I'm being picky. For the price, this place is excellent. I had everything I needed.

The room is maintained clean, Wi-Fi is very good, location is great just 3 to 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini, shops, groceries & restaurants are all around, staff are all kind and responsive. Free coffee, tea, & bread. Thanks to Erika, Sarah, Michaela, and Pino for being an excellent staff & taking care of the room.

Very close to the central station. There is also a cafe nearby where you can have breakfast every morning. It is very easy to get everywhere you want to go from the hotel by bus. Buses and subways are very close. the staff is very caring and loving. Our room was always clean and there were little treats. Property is very near to Roma Termini, the main station so easy to commute to other cities. Clean and fully equipped kitchen with two nice comfortable bedrooms. We had a lovely stay.

It was very difficult to find and we had initially gone to another building with the same name and it was quite frustrating as the owner was not responding to messages earlier but once we found it, it was fine. There were stairs to the lift and then another set of stairs going down once you arrive from the lift to access the property, normal days it was ok but while checking in and checking out, it was a huge task.

We got the whole unit for ourselves and the unit was clean. There was a coffee machine, some coffee capsules and pastries for us, which was nice. The front desk is helpful and the unit is located within 5 min walk from the train station. There is a souvenir stall at the corner of the milazzo street, you cannot miss this. Just walk straight until you see unit 33., once inside the building, just go to the third floor, There is where milazzo33 is. There is a short flight of stairs to reach the elevator and check-in counter.

The location was amazing - safe, accessible street in the city center with public transportation to any location in Rome with-in 5 minute walking distance (use Google maps, it shows very detailed, precise info). The room was tidy, comfortable and home-like, breakfast snacks, coffee and drinks provided in the hotel, but also an amazing breakfast place just accross the street (1 minute distance). Hosekeeping everyday, bathroom essentials provided. The bed and sheets, the room itself and bathroom were perfect for me (1,7m height) and my partner (2,07m height). After check-out we were able to leave the bags at reception for 8 more hours while we went for a walk and after comming back they allowed us to use the restroom to freshen up and to use the kitchen to have a drink. I recommend this to anyone as it is very much woth the price (you will save a lot of money on food because the local places are cheaper then closer to tourism spots and on transportation as you can use just one direct bus or metro to any location only because of the location). P.S.-the air conditioning worked perfectly both refreshing and heating the room and there was a fridge in the room to store our own food. P.S.-the hotel door has a code-lock that you can enter at any time of the night to go to your room or out. Quite sure you can check in after the designated check-in time (like after midnight if coming from the airport), just contact the reception after making the reservation and they will help, they are very nice people.

Just a heads-up to sensitive travelers, the room is in the city centre, so there can be quite some noise with an open window, but it didn't disturb us. Also the walls aren't super thick so you will hear louder neighbours (only if they are yelling or laughing really loud), but all noise stops at approx. 11 PM and doesn't start before 9AM. It gives you an Italian-life experience.
