The proximity to Roma Termini was ideal.

The breakfast was not “continental” as advertised. Breakfast was a croissant, a piece of fruit, and toast.

Breakfast was minimal, location was fine

That I had to go to another location to get checked in, it was stated as 4, however the "check in" was at 6. Entered and asked lady at front desk, if I was at the right place, she was rude and proceeded to ignore me. I then went back to the 4 address, and was looking around for the front desk reception, only to hear her screaming in Italian at me. I told her that I have a reservation for two nights, she then said that I should told her that. Now isn't that something she should ask of anyone who approaches her at her front desk? Totally RUDE!! Sure she got pleasant after she realized that I was a fully booked confirmed paid guest!! By then the DAMAGE was DONE!!

close to train station

didn’t have facilities advertised. Room was very shabby. Booked Galaxy. have to check in elsewhere and allocated a different hotel. All very strange.

unfriendly staff focused only for getting money, not about guests. when you travel with more people, then city tax must be paid together. when you want to leave your luggage, then they command to do it together. after taking luggage from deposit my friend wanted to change shoes in the corridor of a hotel because the day was very rainy, but he was thrown away, the reception couldnt even wait 2-3 minutes and started shouting.

I booked days before my stay. at the arrival time they told me you can’t pay with card and if you want to pay with credit card the rental fee is 70 euros higher!!!!! But why??!! tax evasion???! just imagine tired us with heavy luggages that must search for another place to stay! terrible, rude and worst stuff I’ve ever seen!
