Highly recommend this property. The host made contact following the booking and also on the morning of check in day which was reassuring. On arrival at the accommodation we were greeted straight away by a very friendly welcoming host. She showed us to our room and talked us through all the must sees whilst in Rome and provided whatsapp contact should be required any assistance. The room was immaculate, very clean and fresh. We were provided with coffee pods and little cakes for the morning. Our stay was only for two nights but was cleaned and bed made after the first nights stay. The location is very good; only a short 5minute walk for Termini station. Accommodation was great value for money and would definitely recommend. We were recommended a lovely restaurant a short walk away which served napoleon style pizza and it was the best pizza we have ever had- Al Forno della Soffitta.

Nothing! Everything was great!

The room was simple and had everything that one may need, even a room fridge for beverages, kettle, teas and all facilities! Bathroom was private, small, perfect for me and super clean, such as the room, spotless :) The location was right near Termini train station and my work destination. I would totally book Romebest again and I would recommend it!

There is nothing not to like, my room was for one person, the bed was double, however the shower (new and spotless) was on narrow side, so if a guest is tall and big might struggle a little. For me it was perfect.

The hospitality was wonderful, truly over the top. Andy cares about his guests and his business - you are in good hands with this host. The room was easy to find from Termini train station, easy to access (elevator). There was a little coffee machine and treats in the room. Although the room was very small, it was very well designed and very clean. Great location, great dinner recommendation.

The room was very small and the bathroom was smaller. The host has larger rooms available than ours. We booked last minute so if you book earlier you will be likely to get a larger room. If you need a couple of nights in Rome, don't hesitate to book with this host.

Really neat and clean. It’s centrally located and only a 5minute walk from the station. When we arrived our host spent time giving us a map and an overview of how to navigate the city and transport options. She was very friendly and helpful!

I didn’t love that the linen, including towels, only get changed every 3 days. Our towels were also a bit worn. You can get more for a fee, but fresh towels every day should be a given.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Lenika (I hope I spelt that right) was a fountain of resourceful information and also so helpful when we had questions about the coffee machine and safe. I hope all goes well with the arrival of your first baby! The location was superb just a couple of stops from main pints of interest in Rome. Plenty of nice places to eat near by and minutes walk from Termini Station we couldn’t have asked for more.

A very minor point would be perhaps more tea and coffee options in the room.

Proximity to Termini was great, as it was only 2 blocks away & easy to walk to. However, it was far away enough from the busyness of the bus & train station. The room & bathroom were small, however very clean & perfect for a 1-2 night stay for 2 x people. The facilities were excellent. The building is also next door to a laundry service, so at 8.30pm I dropped off 5 days worth of laundry & collected at 10pm, very convenient! We also utilised supermarket at Termini Train station to purchase breakfast & snack provisions as accommodation does not provide breakfast. Host communication was prompt at all times. They were very friendly, happy & ready to assist. They are excellent hosts!

I Stayed here with my mother. The room was so clean and very complete. There was even a safe, minifridge with 2 bottles of water, hairdryer, coffee- and teamaker. The beds were very comfortable. In the reception area are umbrellas you can use and there were apples you could take. The hosts Andy and Lenka are so friendly and helpful. They help you with anything you need. The Termini (train and busstation) is within walking distance (500 metres/6 minute walk). I would definitely stay here again next time we come back to Rome!

Nothing needs to be improved.

Romebest is located very close to Roma Termini with plenty of restaurants on the way. It was a safe location. The room was ideal for a couple. We checked in 2 hrs early with no problem. Coffee and cake were available in the room for a quick breakfast. The room was cleaned everyday upon request. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Rome.
