Very cosy single (one bed) room with contemporary furniture, television and bathroom. Location of the hotel very good, distanced from the strict downtown only by Termini, Piazza della Repubblica and Via Nazionale, all you can easily pass on foot and get to the city.. But if you choose not to walk you can take a metro-subway or a bus, the latter (the bus) operates at night as well and there is few lines so the night bus traffic is quite often. The staff of the hotel is absolutely kind and helpful in any situation that can occur.

The location is a couple of minutes away from the main termini which is really convenient. The room was of decent quality. It was also quiet as it was situated away from the street. I believe on the second floor of the building. There were no thrills with the room, nothing fancy, which is fine given the low price. Although they didn't offer breakfast, there were cafés literally seconds away from the hotel. The person at the desk spoke English and was helpful, and kept communication through the booking.com messages. The room was clean. For the price I paid of £65 per night, it was was more than worth it and I'd happily book there again if I come back to Rome

Not really a dislike, but there were only two sockets in the room, so if you have a lot of gadgets/electronic devices to charge, be sure to have a travel plug extension.

I read the previous reviews and was expecting a similar experience. I would say that for the price paid compared to other places on Booking.com, this location offers value for money. The hotel is situated close to Roma Termini, which significantly enhanced the trip. Rome being a big city, despite the extensive walking required to explore, accessing certain locations often necessitates taking a bus or other transportation. This is where the hotel's location proved invaluable, situated in a quiet area with a nearby market and small local restaurants. It was my first time in Rome, and in just 4 days, we saw a lot because we were close to Termini station. P.S we shared a bathroom but it was never an issue (for us at least) to have a shower or to use it.

There were a few things that I didn't like: 1. The walls were quite thin. Fortunately, there weren't many people in the hotel at the time, so there wasn't much noise to disturb us. 2. Having a sink in the room was convenient, but the water didn't work properly.

They charged me TWICE! My booking explicitly said that I was gonna get charged at the property. Had I not checked my bank statement later, I would have been potentially scammed. The property agreed with my request to refund me the money but it gave me an erroneous timeline on when I’d get back. After days and multiple update requests, I finally got it back. I understand that misunderstandings happen but the way the staff handled this left me a sour taste

7 min walk from Rome Terminal (main train station). Facility has been remodeled, located inside a big building with other facility with gated, you have your own key to get in, So its very safe. Room itself is small but enough for 1 person. Twin bed, minimal amenity, NO AC but there is a table fan. Bathroom size is okay, need more floating shelves or hook to hang towel and put toiletries because the sink has no space around it but there is so much empty wall that can install floating shelves or hook, such a shame.

The hotel was very close to the station - 5 minutes walk and about 25 minutes walk to the Coliseum. The room was clean and tidy and the shower worked well. Staff were excellent especially when I went out without my room key. They got me back into my room quite quickly

The main entrance door is shared by another hotel as well as private accommodation. As such the hotel reception is on 2nd floor and is not staffed at night. Thus when I had an issue I had to make a call and get someone out to help me.

I was initially taken back, as the entrance was the same space as entry to other hotels & b&b and private dwellings. That being said, it was ideally placed, spacious rooms with great housekeeping. In a great location, 5 mins walk from Termini station surrounded by bars, shops, and restaurants. The reception staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Property is close to station, which is the best part. Rooms do get cleaned everyday.

Checkin is difficult as desk is not maned 24 hrs or even during the day, you have to specify particular time you will be reaching, which gets difficult . Basic room does not have AC, but pedestal fans are available . You can upgrade and pay for AC supplemental (20 euro / night ) . It was worthwhile for the hot summer days . Bathroom/ shower are small , but manageable

I overlooked that it had a shared bathroom when I booked, so that was a fault on my side. I would suggest a shower door as most visitors left the shared bathroom floor wet after showering. I also expected a kettle even if coffee is not provided, as this is generally standard in all accommodation.

Good location if you need to get an early train to airport. Room was basic but clean. Bathroom was basic but pretty clean. They did have housekeeping staff each morning but I was usually still in bed.

Shower was a bit small. And had a curtain opposed to doors.
