Perfect location- walkable distance to all major landmarks, friendly staff- asked about our needs at the check in and tried to fulfill every request, comfortable beds. Room equipped with a small fridge. We were provided with towels, shampoo/shower gel/ soap sachets throughout our stay. We also got a kettle on request, the only thing missing were proper cups (plastic ones we were given couldn't handle too hot water). Breakfast included in a local cafe just round the corner- traditional Italian pastry/croissant of your choice + drink (coffe/ capuccino)- great bonus as we didn't have to walk around searching for something to eat in the morning and it kept us full until lunch.

Slight issue with hot water- had to run the tap/ shower for a while for the water to warm up, but it's a common issue in Roman tenement houses. Also the shutter blind in the room didn't open- had to use artificial light in the morning, but we didn't spend much time in the room during the day, so it wasn't a big thing.

The location is wonderful . Close to Rome Termini . Feeding facilities are all around. The owner was very helpful, let us check as early as it was possible, before than kept out luggage .

The room was too tiny for the family of 4 , but any way, for us it was not a big deal . The location meant a lot for us, as we needed this apartment just for the overnights, the rest of the time we were exploring Rome.

We really liked the hotel, the staff at the hotel is very friendly and positive, but everything is very comfortable shower, bed, bedding, breakfasts are something that is pleasant to remember, especially the girls in the cozy restaurant, for a year they treated us to delicious coffee and amazing croissants for breakfast.

The TV was not working, there wasn’t really any parking nearby and the one that was there was really expensive and more than it was previously shown

The location is perfect! very close to the train station. The staff is very friendly and kind. He waited for us to check-in even we had a late flight at night. They also provided breakfast which is a nice cafe. Also the staffs there are service-minded. I had a great time staying in Rome!

Comfortable beds, mini fridge, towels and good size room. The location was excellent.

The check in was a hassle because you need to call a local number for them to open the outside door. We had to do roaming for us to do that.

OK so the cleanliness is on point... the only thing is that everything is quite outdated and old but EVERYTHING was very clean. There were a few negative reviews on the cleaning that i read before booking but im glad that i took the chance cause other than being old it was actually clean. As for the staff they were amazing and welcoming. Very helpful and nice. The location was amazing! You could literally walk everywhere from there and if you arrive very late at night there is a McDonald's open all night a few mins away so bonus for the people who arrive starving! There is however no shops or supermarkets open late at night and the ones that say they are 24 hours on Google are lying so don't waste your time going there. Very close to the bus terminals so good for late arrivals.

I wish the complimentary breakfast was something more substantial than a chocolate croissant and a coffee. Although both were very delicious it would have helped to have had something slightly more substantial like eggs and toast.

Perfect for a quick, cheap overnight in Rome. Clean and as advertised. Free breakfast voucher was great for an early train.

The building entry was confusing but a quick call to the operators helped. Very helpful and great value stay.

The place was very good to stay just few mins from pisa airport and few mins to pisa train station. The breakfast was excellent just a star hotel hotel experience. People cab blindly book this hotel and enjoy. The host even provided us breakfast little early as we need to go rome by 7 AM.

The room was located less than 1 block from the Termini train station. there were plenty of other places to stay fit for every budget. Plenty of choices in restaurants , baggage storage and ATMs, and small groceries and cafes
