Employees of the hotel were so kind to us. Especially Rachel(receptionist) and a smiley guy❤️ at breakfast(dont know his name). She was trying to order a taxi for us because we couldnt reach to any of them. (Thank you) She really helped us. 😊 Very nice room. Everything was clean. We had a balcony that was awesome.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is great, close to train station, metro and Colosseum. We liked the breakfasts especially that everyday was new cake to try.

Elevator was terrifying. The door to the room was not well soundproofed, too much noise. Pillows were too hard.

My recent stay at Excellent Hotel Marisa in Rome was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Rute went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her genuine warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference. Location was superb as it is near Termini station, which is the sentral station.

However it comes with a little noise level due to the traffic.

What stood out the most was definitely the way the staff treated us - everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Specially Rachel, Giulio and Lance. They were extremely attentive and nice. Giulio always made us cappuccinos with hearts on them at breakfast and was always very attentive and ready to help, extremely nice and funny. Rachel always greeted us with a smile and was really sweet to my grandma. She also always tried to speak in our language, Portuguese, which I think is very nice. We were three people sharing a room and it was very spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was small but has everything we needed. It was right across the street from Termini station which made getting around Rome super quick and easy.

Location and staff. I was pleased to have responsive and communicative reasonable people at the front desk.

There was an issue with a common bathroom door that required some extra effort and was a little scary for the youth who was locked inside. All was resolved and we helped pay for the Sunday repair which seemed reasonable. I think other people might have had a more difficult time but we worked it out and all was well.

Very helpful staff and really listened and took care of everything. The concierge did a great job locating an excellent local restaurant for our group at 8pm, and we were very well fed. The showers were also great.

They are working on a couple of small issues but really nothing to complain about. It's near Roma Termini and of course there are people who live on the street across from the hotel, but as long as injustice and capitalism rules, homelessness will exist.

Our stay at Hotel Marisa was overall a good experience. The location was convenient, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the helpful staff, who assisted us in changing our rooms without any issues. They were accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with the new room. In general, the staff was friendly and approachable, which added to the positive experience. We stayed in a Double Deluxe Room, which we would recommend. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. While there were some minor aspects that could be improved, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

I was feeling safe but Termini station enviroment is full of homeless people if you don't like it this hotel is not good choice for you. Termini station is also very good location if you are using bus transfer from airport or if you want to go to Vatican. For me this location was ok.

The room was exactly as pictured - very clean. Staff at the front desk were super lovely and helpful when checking in and when asking for directions around the city! They allow you to store your bags when checking in/out so we didn’t need to worry about it. Breakfast daily was delicious, and Guilio was extremely welcoming and friendly - he also makes excellent cappuccinos! The location of the hotel is great - have multiple good restaurants nearby and the Termini train station just in front! We also loved the USB points on the bedsides, saves the fuss with the international plugs!
