The reception staff when we came is very friendly and accommodating, the night staff Lyn is very nice and helpful as well. The location is very good, close to grocery, laundry, restaurants and most importantly a 4 minute walk to train station as we have to leave early at 0530am to venice.

We were move to a smaller room due to works being done to the family room but no complaints there as we were given a discount for our whole stay and aircon is very good, they as well move us to a bigger room as we are a family of 5. The facility is on the older side but it was good for a 2 night stay.

The property is old, and there is a lot of beds crammed into each room but as a gang of 7 we fit comfortably in a triple and quintuple. It’s difficult to find on arrival but once we got specific directions to floor 4 of the building we were easily located. The location is excellent. A 2 minute walk from termino station and bus stop. Staff were so lovely each day and response time is quick. WiFi excellent. Enough towels for people in room. Soap at sinks. Shower had great temperature and pressure.

The property is old, the rooms old fashioned. Not a luxury hotel but worked perfect for 3 adults and 4 children to rest our heads. On 4 th floor with no lift so not for the faint hearted. You get what you pay for !

Amazingly central to termini station easy to get to from Rome flumecino airport by train and amazing to get to trevi fountain the zoo and other amazing landmarks

Could use some minor repairs to AC, electric, tile, beds, the bad reviews on here are misguided and don't tell real story. Think hostel here, it ain't the Ritz Carlton

The place was dust free and clean. It was a sign that it is maintained well. Also it is located in the right spot. Easy to commute and everything needed was easily available in the vicinity. We had a superb stay. Thanks a lot .

Hot water wasn't available in the mornings but was in the evening.

The location is very good. Very organized and clean. the staff was very attentive, very good, I recommend it.

a negative point but it didn't influence that much but I mention it. The TV had no signal, as we were with children this could have helped to calm them down. It didn't get in the way that much

Cheap and Cheerful. You get what you pay for here. 2/3 Beds in rooms enough for big groups. TV/shower/towels all provided. Air con and fan in room. Early check in is a major plus as we had an early flight

On the Fourth floor but wasn’t a problem for our group. Do not expect a 5 star!

The room is really cloose to the train station, and it has nice food surround. The room is small but really comfortable, and super cute. Recommend if you are one person. It has everything you need inside the room.

The attention was good but we had an issue with the payment and they thought that we escaped, we already had paid, that was uncomfortable but everything alright 😊

We arrived in Rome after midnight but there was no problem with checking in.
