Great location for the train station, bit outside the centre but I enjoy walking so was fine with that. But with the metro so close you can easily get to anything

If you were going to be really snobby it’s not in a posh area. But I never felt unsafe at all

An absolutely amazing location, just a stone's throw from the Termini railway station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. A walking distance from all major Rome attractions (Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Vatican City, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Baths of Caracalla, Piazza Navona, etc.). A fantastic and very helpful crew. An incredible and very conscientious cleaning service. A super spacious room - totally unlike any other hotel I have visited before - you literally get your space to breathe. Large wardrobe, comfortable beds, clean bedsheets and towels. Excellent amenities - an electric kettle, a mini refrigerator, a shower gel, tea and coffee. Absolutely nothing to complain about. This hotel truly deserves a 10/10 note.

If I wanted to be really grumpy, I would have a single complaint. There is a bar located down in the street (just vis-a-vis hotel windows), which remained very busy until the late night hours. Thus it was very noisy (except for Sundays when the bar was closed). Luckily I had my earplugs with me, however without earplugs I find it nearly impossible to be able to fall asleep. None of it is the hotel's fault though, thus it does not affect my rating.

The hotel is situated 8 mins walk away from Termini station making it easy for guests to catch early train or bus to get to the airport. There are many restaurants, shops and places of interest that can be reached in less than 10-15 mins walk. Was welcomed by Dario and he was very helpful in explaining about the facilities as well good places to eat. There was another friendly male reception that worked evening shift and he always smiles. 😊 Marco has been kind too and he reaches out to me before arrival to find out if I need any further assistance. Please keep up the good work! The room was very spacious, clean and gives you the vintage feeling.

Due to facility being an old building, was able to hear a young kid crying from next door. It's not the hotel's fault but I advise people to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper like me.

The staff's communication and recommendations were excellent. It was our first time in Rome, so we were given a map and shown both routes for getting to the best tourist attractions for a first visit. Coincidentally, we were also in Rome during the Pope Francis' funeral, so were given great recommendations for how to participate and how to avoid disappointment if an area was closed off -- they even messaged me on WhatsApp ahead of time to let us know about things. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. The hotel itself was very clean with daily room cleaning. I also appreciated that there was a privacy 'lock' where even staff wouldn't be able to enter with a keycard if activated. The ceiling in our room was very high, which was cool, and there was plenty of space for us to put our belongings around. We liked the kettle, thick light-blocking curtains, and the hotel's efforts to recycle plastic responsibly (there was a separate bin labelled for plastics). The bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel hallways were also very quiet, which was great. We felt very relaxed in our room. The location of the hotel was decent. It was short walk to Roma Termini station (the major train station in Rome) from which we took many metro trains and buses... and of course, was also home to the cross-country trains that took us to the airport and other major Italian cities.

Not a true criticism, but the charming lift in the hotel was a smaller one. Three adults (me, my partner, and the hotel receptionist) and our hand-luggage fit snugly. Keep this in mind if you have bigger bags or a bigger group. The stairs are perfectly fine, of course!

The place is amazing. Super close to the train station, so go walking at any time, with or without luggage... extremely important! Then owner was very friendly. He greeted us, gave us an explanation of the hotel, and then took a map and began giving us plenty of tips on what we could do and where to go. It was a truly spectacular welcome, as I was staying for three days with my two children and wanted to explore Rome as much as the stifling summer weather allowed. Then the room was super big, with a small fridge, a table, space to put the luggage and big comfortable beds. Also the bathroom was new, spectacular. Everything super clean. I highly recommend this place!

Located in the heart of the city. From the airport u can take the train, bus or taxi. Very convenient. We were here for the jubilee from the hotel we just took bus 64 to St. Peter basilica for the Holy Doors. St Mary Maggiore Basilica is walking distance. Location is it’s prime advantage

There were noise at the upper floors in one of the 5 days we stayed. When we called the management they told us the unit is privately owned. I wish for future occupants the management should inform the upper floors to limit stumping of feet and they were really loud.

Liked the fact that was very close to Termini station and very quiet at the same time. I haven't heard a single noise. Bed was made every day, as well as changing the towels in the bathroom. Clean linen the 3rd day. Staff was helpful in every single request. I had a broken shower head and they have replaced it as soon as I told them. Free water and (instant)coffees and a kettle available. Quick tip for other travellers: all buses coming from the airports stop on the other side of the station and instead of following google maps instructions to go around the piazza you'd better just cross inside the station on the other side and you'll find yourself just in front of Milazzo street. Hotel at the end, no big luminous signs, so don't panic.

The hotel doesn't have breakfast facilities. If you are a big fan of rich breakfast you need to talk at the reception if they can help. However there's a bar at 40m. I would have expected more fancy toiletries and a vanity pack. There was a shelf right above the bed and couldn't sit upright on the bed. For who loves to take their coffee in bed 🙈 it's uncomfortable.

What a wonderful hotel. 5 min walk from Roma Termini, in a great area the is convenient enough to see Rome. It was really quiet, the room (single) was spacious enough, a comfy bed and being able to make coffee and have a refrigerator so you can have breakfast (supply your own) in the room was great. Plenty of cafes nearby if you don't want too. A big shout out to a restaurant about 100 mtrs away, "Mino". Excellent food and service 😋. The staff at Domus were great also and helpful. Great value for money.

The room was really spacious and clean. The furniture was classic and beautiful. Air conditioner and central heater was working really well. The soundproof glasses were awesome! We were able to sleep in peace without getting any noise from the street. The hotel check in was easy and Mateo was very helpful. After a long journey from our country, coming to the hotel felt like home. The neighbourhood was a little bit problematic as I expected. Because it was 7-8 mins walk to the central train station Roma Termini. But the building was safe and protected. Daily cleaning was well. Elevator was working well. The lightning of the room was peaceful. The bathroom was really big and useful. There were many materials to use. If I come back Rome, I would definitely stay at here!!!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, location was excellent just 6 minutes walk to Termini station. Plenty of Restaurants and coffee bars few steps away from the hotel. The staff were amazing. A big and special thank you to Matteo for his kindness assistance and help with information and A big thank you also to Slim for providing valuable information about how to visit the city . They have also offered to keep our luggage after checking out which was a bonus. Highly recommend this hotel. A beautiful hotel with a 5 star service and amazing staff. GRAZIE MILLE. We will visit again!

I liked the whole experience. Can't fault this hotel nor the staff.
