We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rome, perfectly located just a short walk from the main train station, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The location couldn't have been better for anyone looking to easily access public transport or arrive from the airport via train. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we checked in, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really added a personal touch to our stay. As for the room itself, it was great! Every day, we returned to find our room freshened up, with new towels neatly placed and the room perfectly tidied. This level of attention to detail made our stay all the more comfortable. In terms of value for money, this hotel exceeded our expectations. For the price we paid, the quality of service and accommodation was excellent. We felt that we got a great deal, especially given the central location and the high standard of cleanliness and comfort. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Eternal City!

- Staff were helpful and friendly, thank you:) - Relatively easy to walk from Roma Termini, mostly a straight route (around 12min). - Room was relatively clean and of a decent size. - There's a fridge in the room. - There's shared microwave outside.

- Shower head in the toilet was a little wonky so a little hard to shower with a good flow of water haha. Note: Lift and place is shared with others. Lift a little small and probably accommodate 2 people with luggage at any one time so just take note not to overload.

The staff was really nice and friendly, they accommodated everything we asked for. The room was cleaned every day. The complementary breakfast was a surprise because it made it easier to start our day. The property is near both a bus station and a subway station as well as the termini.

The only thing that we did not like is that there was a smell in our room that we believe it was coming from the sewage system.

It was located less than 10 min away from Termini station, it was very convenient. The reception staff was very kind and friendly, we could leave our backpacks at the reception until we had to go to the airport.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the room had an inexplicable hole on the ceiling and in parts needed some repairs/fixing, but it was not interfereing with the general use of the room.

Everything was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was clean. They were very kind, especially Miriam, who was endlessly helpful from the first minute. 😊 Thank you for everything, I will definitely come back here. 😊 Miriam, thank you for all your help and kindness! 🙏

The hotel is situated in a common building with other hotels, rooms are on the forth floor. The room was really clean and it seems recently renovated. The towels and bedding are changed every day and you get complimentary coffee and tea for your stay. There’s also working AC and small refrigerator in the room. The location is great, it’s on walking distance to the most of the monuments. The last, but also really important thing is that the staff is super kind and always there for all your questions!

I was expecting the room to be very small, but instead it was very spacious and it had all the necessary amenities. Also, the location was perfect, it was 5 minutes away from Roma Termini Station and a 20ish minute walk to the city centre.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the window handle was broken and we didn't know how to open it. However, as soon as we sent the mail to the staff, they answered and came to fix it.

Mr. Bacil who works at the hotel is extremely hospitable. He was very kind and helped us with every question we had. The location is excellent, near the main metro station. The room is big, neat and clean. We stayed 4 nights, and every day the bed linen was changed, a new one was put, as well as towels. The accommodation has everything, fridge, air conditioner, TV, separate bathroom. We can't wait to come again! :)

we liked everything

The room is quite good. The location is 10mins away from the central train station. There are also near restaurants and supermarkets.

We had a hard time looking for the apartment because further information and instructions were not provided on how to reach it. Tho the name of the accomodation was posted outside the building, we still find it unhelpful because its small. Its hard to notice it. The pathway going to the rooms is also narrow.

The room was nice and clean, with air conditioning that is really good specially for the summer heat.

It can be bit noisy through the walls and the street but overall I think its a pretty good space
