Easy check in, responsive personnel on WhatsApp. They allowed us to leave our luggage at reception before check in and after check out. Pretty good location, 8min of walking next to Termini which is important when you have to travel to airport. There's local bus station right in front of the building. Nice view. You can get enough sleep.

Not really a luxury stay (which is considered having in mind the price), but some things should be there: it was a broken hairdryer (didn't work) and the shower glass door was missing so there's always water on the bathroom floor. Light door, so not good for noisy couples.

The bed was comfortable and the location was close to Roma Termini station so the place was easily accessible. Also, the room had an air conditioner, so that was a great plus.

It was quite noisy with the window open because of the nearby street (good thing that we had ac, so we could still sleep properly at night). Also, the tile floor was quite cold to walk on and the shower's temperature wasn't easy to regulate and the water stream was not strong enough.

The location was great for me as it was close enough to the train station of Rome and my friends staying nearby, however, far enough away from all the normal noise and undesirables that tend to be associated with train stations. The room was very spacious and clean. Sheets were lovely, TV was relatively new, bathroom was clean and quite large.

The water pressure in the shower is relatively non existent. I don't think women would like that for washing their hair; for me it was just OK but it took a while to rinse soap and shampoo off myself. There is very little space for hanging clothes, however, as I was staying for two nights it did not matter to me.

Good location close to bus stop and metro station into the centre of Rome. Friendly staff, great balcony, spacious room and comfortable bed. Communal fridge Allowed us to store our luggage before and after check in. Old school lift great for our luggage!

Wasn’t clear with how to enter the gate when staff aren’t there. Only there for a short period of the day so we had to get the other property to buzz us into the apartment but other than that we enjoyed it!

Great value and the location was great, too. Very close to Termini and lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful. Small, comfortable room. Free coffee was great, plus having some fridge space for our drinks and snacks was very useful!

Bathroom sink leaks a little. 5 flights of stairs with our luggage was tough, but wasn't sure about bringing it up in the elevator. There was a booklet in the room with some useful info, but also some that was out of date.

In the hallway there was reasonable amount of cups, plates, fridge, even coffee machine was avaliable. The staff was also great. We actually haven't had any problems, our towels were changed to fresh ones often, the room was clean. Building was really pretty and old. It was so close to Termini and we had great communication from there to every part of the city. Also there was so close to so many places that we were mostly just walking.

The only thing I would really improve is air conditioning. There was like 35 Celsius degrees tops when we were in Rome so tbh not so hot as it could be. 22 degrees which I was trying to get in our room was impossible unfortunately.

Good location, only 10 min walk fro Rome Termini. The room was clean and spacious, and everything was in working order including the wifi and the Aircon. The shower tiles are a little old and a couple are cracked - nothing major, but it was a good size and very clean. There is a nice little balcony. The balcony doors are soundproof so you cannot hear the traffic from inside. The staff were very helpful and friendly, provided good instructions to get in, and were very quick to respond to any queries on line. The lift is a blessing too. I will definitely keep Sunny House in mind for my next trip.

I didn't dislike anything, the only thing i noticed was that it took a little long for the water to get hot, not a big deal.

The property was central, like a 5-10mins walk from the main train station which is a great place to start for walking to attractions. The rooms have high ceilings, a lovely balcony, great air conditioning and have a clean bathroom. The staff are great and helped us with many queries including checking in late and our train tickets as we needed to print them off. They have a little refreshments area where you can get free tea, coffee and cake or you can get aperol, Prosecco, bottled water and other refreshments for a really fair price. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and we couldn’t recommend them more!

The location is great, a 10 minute walk from the Termini train station. The checking in and out was very easy and there was a pretty useful common area.

I think cleanliness was a bit of a problem. The walls are in need of some painting over, the sheets have spots that weren’t washed out properly and the beds are quite hard.

Everything was good and very nice staff, location is ok , but in railway station so many homeless people and at nights if you coming late you might feel unsafely , but the hotel has its own closed territory, so it’s rather comment to Rome in general

No sleepers ;( If they provide sleepers would be much more better , bcz floor is cold
