Location is great, even though it was near the train station, which is known to be a not quite save place. We stayed with my friend there for 6 days and everything was great: clean bathroom and beds, available towels, working hair dryer, and view from the balcony was incredible. Reception was working 24/7 which is handy. We enjoyed a lot.
Not available kettle and in the room, and there were no place to let your wet clothes dry.

Staff was extremely kind and willing to solve any guests' problems ❤️
It was an absolutely new experience for us to find 2, 3 or 4 hotels in the same building... But it was no matter of the hotel. It is just a matter of ROME. Philia is a very nice place to stay: central location, clean place, excellent staff. But, still 2-3 glasses or cups (to be used for water...) would be very useful... Otherwise, all well!

Great location, very clean room.
I am a very light sleeper, so some noises from hotel and from outside were troublesome for me. But it was not something very bad.

Very nice friendly English speaking staff. The room was just like in the picture. It was clean. The bathroom is not new, but everything was working and there was nothing to complain about. Very close to Termini and there was a bus stop right near the hotel, so it was very easy to get to all the places of interest.

Location is very close to Termini, good value, friendly, supportive staff, and clean. Within its price range, its excellent.
Could have better facilities. For e.g, there are only 3 hooks in a quadrupple room, we need 4.

Staffs were welcoming and supportive. Amenities were perfect and clean. Walkable distance from Roma Termini with plenty of eat o uts nearby. Bus stop is just across the road . We really liked the place and would definitely recommend it.
