The staff were very agreeable and helpful. They gave us good advice on how to handle the city's agglomeration and they were open and friendly. The location is in a calm and beautiful neighbourhood. Makes you feel like a local when you step inside the private courtyard. It is also very well connected to the train, metro and bus stations. Lovely and beautiful place. I would recommend it to everyone.

I got no complaints

The location was excellent, very near Roma Termini. The staff was very nice and let us leave our bags during the day, after the check-out, which made our lives a lot easier. The facilities were excellent, very clean (I spent one night here and I've seen people cleaning and making adjustments at least two different times), pretty and in good conditions.

It can be a little tricky understanding which button to press to open the door when you arrive, but after de check-in and the keys is very easy.

A solid hotel that is about 30 minutes away from the Coliseum and Forum Romanum and about 15 minutes from the train station. We had booked 2 nights but checked out early as we got our sightseeing done earlier than anticipated, which was no problem and didn't cost anything extra.

Got no real complaints. I suppose the rather antiquated stairwell doesn't reflect the modern and fresh quality of the rooms.

Really good hotel for a fair price. Great location, clean, we got a room with a balcony. I was scared because of all the bad opinions, but it was really great and I'd book again. Also very close to Termini :)

We stayed here for one night before needing to get the train to the station, it was lovely and clean and great value for money

Check in instructions could be more detailed, myself and other customers got lost trying to get into the building and find reception.

Location is really nice and the balcony was a plus for us. Close to bus stops which is really great for moving around the city and going to the main touristic points. Private bathroom and comfortable beds are advantages when compared to hostels.

The reception was hard to locate inside the building and needed help to find it. The shower drain clogged and the water stopped going down, but that was solvable by removing the little filter it had to let the water flow, that can be unpleasant but it's no big trouble. The price was quite high but that's probably the Rome average price you'll find.

Lovely room, comfortable beds and extremely clean. A lot of attractions were within 30mins-1 hour walking distance but the metro station was 5min walk. Staff were helpful.

Nothing to complain; just worked good! Rooms were cleaned every day and staff was very cooperative in dropping our luggage off early at the arrival day and store them for a longer time at the departure day. Thanks!

Perfect location close to terminal station

Thin walls where you can hear people going in and out. Thin pillows. Need to have at least 2 per person.

Very secure conveniently located and very well serviced

I had trouble checking-in mainly because I arrived at 10 30 in the evening. The entry gate is not obviously for Serendipity Hotel, the bell push is Palma! However the receptionist was very helpful and I appreciate his kindness.
