We were honestly quite worried after reading all of these negative reviews, but we were positively surprised by this hotel room! It was clean, the renovations paid off, the water was warm, the bed comfortable.. We couldn't have asked for more.

The WIFI didn't quite work and our room was right next to the reception which made it a bit loud sometimes, but it was fine for staying only one night.

Our room was quiet, had a tiny terrace and couch. It was all fine as far as cleanliness, I was honestly worried reading all of the horrible reviews but it’s totally fine if you are looking for a place to spend the night close to the train station. It is not “instagrammable” but there is nothing wrong with the place…our room was quiet and clean

I do feel it was quite expensive for what it is although it was literally the cheapest thing available when we booked our trip. It’s crazy how expensive it’s got to stay in Rome in the past year…

The hotel is in center place near to Roma Terminal and workers are so friendly.

The reception will close at 8 or 9PM, and there is no dual key for a two person for the hotel access. if one person came late night like 1AM, they need to call another person to come down to give the access. imagen that hotel is on 5th floor and my friend need to need to come down and provide a access at mid night. Apart from this issue. Hotel is good, we had a good stay in Rome.

very good location and thats all we liked here. Many pizza, mini markets and small restaurants close to hotel. Easy access to any side of Rome via metro and bus staions around the hotel. Rooms need renowation and not very clean, but towels and beddings are clean and very fresh. Just a room to sleep close to train station for 1-2 nights.

noisy corridors, you can hear all conversations of your neighborns outside your room.

The staff was attentive and polite. The owner tried very hard to please. Very good location to the train station only 5 minutes

The furniture is old and not in the best condition, the soundproofing is poor.

The location was perfect which is very near from Rome termini central. The room was very clean and everything was well equipped. Staffs were excellent and informative. They help us lot how to visit easily to the tourist spots. The room is perfect for the couple. I highly recommended for staying in this hotel. Hope to stay again in future.

Awesome place, close to the train station. The Bangladeshi guy was very helpful and kind. They let us leave the bags beforehand, so we could go around Rome.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk to Termini Railway station.

Had to wait over 10 minutes to see someone in order to check in, after a few phone calls someone appeared alas the man didn't speak much Italian or English.

Staff were very nice. it was a VERY CONVENIENT Location and a GREAT PRICE. Felt safe when we walked quickly. Close to shopping, Transportation and restaurants. Amazing food near by.
