Location and room cleanliness. The hotel is just a couple blocks from Rome main train terminal, about 5 minutes walk. Hotel office/check-in is on the 2nd floor, really the 3rd floor as in Italy the ground level is floor 0. There are 2-3 other hotels in the same building. There is a small lift so you do not need to haul big suitcases up the stairs. Check-in was quick.. They let us check in early (noon) as the room was ready. A/C, cable TV, and a small refrigerator in the room all worked well. They offer a small breakfast, pastries, coffee, etc. Staff were friendly and explained everything. Price and location were perfect.

We liked the proximity of the location to Termini station. The location was easy to find and the hotel was small but charming. The breakfast provided was very nice and unexpected. Once we told the young g lady which type of coffee we wanted, she prepared it and brought a plenty full tray to our room. It was very fresh and tasty and a nice touch. Such friendly people that work there. The hotel is near several great restaurants and walkable to the Metro as well as most of the tourist sites in City Center pending how far you’d like to walk. Overall, a great find!

There’s nothing we did not like! We only stayed for one night, if we were staying for longer than two, it may have been too small for us. But it was perfect for a quick stop over and to be close to the station to leave the next morning. Be advised: if you have a lot of luggage, even though it is not a far walk, you do not want to have heavy bags that you cannot roll or carry on your back. The sidewalks are bumpy, and sometimes it’s a very narrow street. Pack less, you will thank us later. There is a small elevator to get to the second floor of the hotel reception.

Very good location, close to Termini, but in a safe area - lots of other hotels, embassies, government offices are around. There are couple of other hotels in the same building, Sol Levante is on the 2nd floor. Staff was really kind - Fanny who made the breakfast and did the cleaning, also Valerio who welcomed me when I arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom seemed really new, everything worked well, always had hot water (just wait a little). The single room has a courtyard/bigger lichthof view, which I didn't mind, spent only the nights there, and it was very quiet. (But there is no big traffic on the street either in the evenings). I liked the breakfast that was served in my room, it was more than enough. Overall, it was perfect for me, I'd love to stay there again.

Maybe a better place for the safe, but at the end I didn't use it.

It is a very good location, close to all public transport, including trains, buses, and taxis. The hotel is in a peaceful and safe area, with very comfortable rooms that were clean and beautifully maintained. I would like to extend my special thanks to Valerie, who was extremely helpful and took great care of us. close to the train station. Clean modern room albeit small. When we arrived to try and leave our bags prior to check in the room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. We had an early train on the day of departure so they left our breakfast for us the night before which was a big help.

Bathroom tiny and needs updating Unresponsive to messages once booking made - I asked a few questions about early bag drop and facilities in the room but never got a reply .

It classic building from outside, but brand new inside....very beautifully done. Good job. The team - fantastic ...Valerio, and both lady - one at reception and one handle the breakfast ...they are all superb. I need to mention that the breakfast in the room is fantastic...and good breakfast too..... Location is near Rome Main Station for train n bus....many shops around....with fantastic restaurant around...easy and convenient. 👍👍👍👍👍 five thumbs up for them

Location is near Termini, 10min walk. The room was very clean, it has a cute little terrace where you can have breakfast when its warm outside. You get all you need, towels, shampoo, soap. They clean every day. They offer a sweet breakfast, croissants, jam and butter, Nutela, yogurt, juice, coffee. They serve it in your room.

We had a problem with water, there is a blockage of hot water, so you have to wait and check when it is going to get warm/hot. Can be tricky when you want to take the shower in the night and there is no hot water. Staff is ok, but sometimes they are not at the reception. You do get the key for that door, but it is different when you have to check in and wait for them. Also if you check in after 22h, you pay 10euros per person.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was pastries and yogurt, please breads and jams. Plenty to get us going. You let them know when you're ready, and the tray comes to your room.

The location was good but having been now i would stay closer to the centre or west of Rome. The handle on our bathroom door kept coming off which was not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

We had an amazing experience at this property. We arrived early and we were given a room for a few minutes to change and freshen up. The rooms are really clean, modern and spacious enough. The staff was polite and we didn't have any problem. The breakfast was good enough for a couple with mostly sugary options included. The coffee was nice as well. This is your best option for stay in Rome as it is 20-30minutes from all attractions and close to the metro if you'd like to go further away, Vatican for example. 10/10

Great location, 30 minutes walk from the colloseum, 30 minutes from the trevi fountain. There were loads of nice restaurants in the area and it was very close to termini train station. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious. It had a wardrobe and lots of mirrors and a cute balcony. They serve a delicious breakfast in your room each morning, lovely coffee, pastries and fruit juice. The staff were amazing and let us keep our bags there after check out.

The beds were not very comfortable but for 3 nights it was ok.
