Good location, for very good price. The Termini and Tiburtina close to the hotel, safe surroundings. For us it was enough, because we spent our time from morning till every evening in the town, so we went home only for having bath and sleep.

There was not any cleaning everyday, maybe there was in the bathroom. The walls between the apartments were quite thin, sometimes we heard everything clearly, but luckily our neighnours spent the night with sleeping.

The accommodation corresponded to the price. it was clean and staff was friendly. It is close to the metro station. Take earplugs, there is a chance you will be in the same floor as a reception and you will hear every step and every word.

Could be cleaner under the bed and I had some hair on towels, but I am sure they would give me a new one if I ask. The bathroom was smelly but it was because of canalization, I don’t think they can do anything with this problem.

The size of the room was good. I had everything I need for 7 nights. My bed was made when I was gone and I had new towels and soaps everyday. It is less then 10 minutes walk to university. A metro station very close and the bus for Pantheon stops at the entrance of hotel. Termini is 10 minutes walk. My room was very sunny so I could dry my clothes everyday. I was asked if I need anything by the cleaning lady. I really liked it.

Not so many chargers in room. You need to shut down refrigerator if you want additional charger. I rearranged the place of the table to be closer to the charger so I can use my lap top. I could hear talks from other rooms.

We had greatest view from the balcony. Room was clean and next day also towels, bed sheets were changed

Receptionists are not very interested to help visitors. Maybe they are shouldn’t but it’s tourist place and I am pregnant woman with a baby and stroller would like to have little bit more explanation how the lift works, or how to open entrance to come in with luggage and pram. Not European behaviour. Noticed indifference, sorry

STAFF - very responsive with all queries and very clear with communications. We have made quite a deal of back and forth communications and all went very well. Ricardo and Ziad were amazing. LOCATION - very convenient and close to Roma Termini. The location was just a compound of hostels but it felt very safe. What I like about it are the trees im front of the apartment. AMENITIES - room is big and newly renovated for 4 people. Though it is very rare in Rome to have buildings with lift, this made things very convenient for us especially we have big trolleys. MONEY VALUE - this is the most affordable hostel we found around Termini area. You get more with the money paid so worth it. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay here for 5 nights.

It would have been amazing if there is a small.kitchen to do little cooking esp that we have small kid who is picky with food.

The property was close enough not to be in the busy area, within 10 minutes walk to the city. The room was exceptionally clean, with a great shower, comfy bed and space. We were on the 3rd floor, however there is a lift so need to take the stairs. 24hr concierge available and the lady tending the communal areas and room was lovely and very helpful. If we were to visit Rome again we would definitely choose to stay at the Palma residences.

The best part of it was the window. I could enjoy the very typical view of Rome. It was very comfortable and affordable hotel located close enough to Termini station. Room was spacious, clean. And the staffs were gentle and nice. Hotel keeps the luggage after the checkout which helped me to save some extra bucks that could’ve been spent on left luggage service. Nice stay!

The place was clean and the room was bigger than expected. Bathroom and shower also great! Heater works great too and there is a mini fridge.

The front desk isn’t super attentive to the doorbell and we had to wait outside of the building twice for 20-30 minutes until someone opened, and that happened in working hours during the day.

The proximity to the train station, spacious and comfortable, with lovely property garden/balcony was fantastic. Very clean and the staff were lovely.

We had a double room with two single beds pushed together. They were comfortable in themselves but moved in the night and almost fell down the middle. If there is a way these could be more securely held together for a “double room” that would be much better!

It was very close to the train station and very nice! Very handy having the lift as we were staying on the third floor.

Bed was two singles pushed together which would separate through the night which was slightly annoying but nothing drastic.
