Although the hotel's location, room cleanliness and lighting were very good, the socket was not close to the bed. Breakfast was served by friendly hotel staff. And it was good for the price. Although it is not a very luxurious breakfast, it is manageable, after all, we are in Italy :) The rule of leaving your keys at the reception was in this hotel as in Portugal, it is a very good practice to have a 24/7 reception and not to lose your keys.

When the bathroom lights are turned on, the ventilation is automatically turned on. Unfortunately, during my 2-night stay, even though I turned off the bathroom light, the next room did not turn it off and they left the light on until the morning, so the ventilation sound of their room was completely in my room. and I had to put cotton in my ears because of the sound.

Very centralized location 5-10 minutes from the Roma termini station with little restaurants throughout the area and 20ish minute walk to the colosseum and forum! 24/7 front desk service were they hold the key when you leave so one less thing to worry about and they were there every time!

A little stuffy but it was also 90+ Fahrenheit everyday

The building is oldish and so is the furniture, but this wasn't something bad to me. I liked a lot the "old-style" decoration (there were even paintings on the ceiling!) and the room had all the necessary amenities like AC, windows with good light, enough soundproofing walls, etc. It also had a full-sized bathtub which was cool. The position was perfect for my needs, but in general, it was close to termini and metro stations which is always useful. The staff was great and there was always someone inside to give you the keys to your room. The used towels were changed almost daily without any special request. I didn't try the breakfast.

The bed was squeaking a little bit too much, but nothing very annoying.

Value for money and location. We wanted a budget stay and that’s what we got. Great location, great for 1 night.

No breakfast, corridors very loud. Can hear all other guests on floor arrive. Room very dark. Some Facilities very dated.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was small but cosy and very clean, pillows very comfortable, good internet connection. Enough to take a rest after the whole day scrolling through the city. It is a 3-star hotel and I was aware of it, therefore there is nothing to complain as for the standard.

paying city tax with cash - forces you to go to ATM I wish there was a way to communicate to cleaners you don't need a cleaning this day - I left key in the door from inside and they still were checking in lack of daylight - windows are sort of covered by anti-transparency thing which is cool for privacy but means you have to use the lamp all the time

Breakfast food option is too limited. There was menu for dinner but it was unavailable. There was no drinking water facilities as other hotel

Absolutely the best bang for buck there could be in Rome, with a certain rustic feeling to it, 20 min. walk from the Termini station, very clean, all you would expect of a modest accomodation in this price range.

Maybe just the noise, you can hear the hallway all too well, also there was a dog in a room near by that barked loudly every evening, but as dog owners, we could live with this. Toilet seat was wobly and unstable.

Great location, all main attractions are basically walking distance. Train station is 5 min away which makes it super easy to access the metro. No noise from the street, the nights were quiet. Not much to complain about, great for a three days stay in the city.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff were extremely kind and couldn't go further out of their way to help with accurate and useful information, bookings good restaurants or any other help needed. The location was brilliant. The hotel is also a lovely old Roman mansion with a nice vibe. I slept well there. I stayed here 3 of 4 visits to Rome and couldn't recommend it more.
