Duplex was amazingly clean and well maintained. Warm winter friendly mold free bedroom with nice wide window to community garden next to street. Central location, tea available, breakfast included.

Booking.com miscommunication. For property it was one price mentioned we will pay and for me with genius 3 level another. Not the first time this happens and we were charged 10€ more, but it didn't match the price booking sent me. When I brought this up to booking they diverted me to property bet property sent me SC from their booking. Com agreed price for us and it was clearly 10€ extra than my SC for this booking . Booking CS never solved the issue and we paid 10€ extra. I don't appreciate that I haven't been returned this extra as it's clearly booking com issue not property's.

Calm, well appointed and managed space at walking distance from Roma Termini

There is a certain number of IT steps to accomplish and instructions to assimilate to gain access to the accommodation

Location and price were good. A short walk to Termini station, with trains to Milan etc and Leonardo Express train to FCO airport. Bus stop right across the road (can be very crowded and stuffy on bus though). Internet speed was good enough for working online.

The check-in process required numerous steps on a smartphone with internet connection, and this was only advised the day before. I don’t recommend this for people who are easily stressed or those who not extremely comfortable online. Got attacked by mosquitoes when trying to enter. Some mold on shower curtains; around mirror etc. Basic cleaning was all done well though.

La Locanda dell'Angelo is located about 10 mins walk from Rome Termini Station. Hotel property is in the large enclosed private residence, where is safe and quiet once you get inside. I stayed with my friends in the twin bed room as I requested. Room had air conditioning system and good size shower cubic. Staff comes in the morning and serves breakfast, freshly made coffee/tea, juice, pastries, biscuits.

Check-in was quite difficult as the system is electronic procedure using mobile phone by following the instruction sent by the hotel owner via WhatsApp. Once understand the system, it will be ok!

The location is convenient, because the Termini station, the center and many attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, air conditioners are installed at a comfortable height and position to cool well and not blow into the beds. Breakfast is typical Italian - coffee/cappuccino/tea and sweet pastries, biscuits, toast with butter/jam.

Internet connection is required for check-in, but it was very weak in the building, so we had a little trouble opening the door for the first time :)

Gaining access to the property is too complicated given that once you are in , essentially a set of keys are on the table for getting in and out . It would be easier to just to use a key safe or the key pad . Instructions also need to be clearer . There are no visible signs ( especially arriving in the dark) of the street number . It would have been so much easier to say the apartment is in the same block as Hotel Enrico which has a huge yellow sign ! and one you get into the courtyard turn right to stair case.C 2 flights up It would also help to answer the phone when trying to get help to get in rather than texting . Otherwise it is great

The location was perfecto if you came to Roma Termini. The host was very friendly and helpful.

To enter the first time to the flat was really hassle ( three different codes and these did not want to work in the first time. Pillows were old and uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for our purposes, close to the Metro and Roma Termini station. The room was large, comfortable and bright, with a large modern bathroom. Although the access procedure (all electronic via codes and apps) looked a bit daunting, it actually worked really well.

Room description includes 'electric kettle' - this was in a shared space with a limited supply of tea and coffee, and signs not to enter the adjoining kitchen. It was OK but not the same as having facilities to make a hot drink in your room.

As advertised. Clean. Close to Roma Termini. Hospitable host. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Spacious. We booked a family room and actually got two rooms in one suite, each with its own ensuite, which was a bonus for us. Typical Italian breakfast, which was not for us, but enough for someone to start their day. Would stay here again and glad we booked one more night for the end of our trip (first stop starting our trip).

Did find instructions on how to get inside the ‘compound’ somewhat confusing. But ultimately managed. All else good 😊
