The cleanliness was amazing, every day the staff cleaned our room, nothing was taken from us (money, cards). Hotel was 500 meters away from Termini. The breakfast is also good and you have a lot of options, i dont know why people complain about it in the reviews, breakfast is looking as a normal italian option. The staff guy was amazing, he understand english and told us everything that we needed to know. If im going to rome again im going to that hotel.

A bad view from the room, but if we are being honest it doesnt really matter because u are going to city anyways and you dont need that.

Large modern room with mini fridge and all necessities. Airconditioning was fantastic, which was very much appreciated during hot August temperatures. Beds were the most comfortable of our three hotels in Italy by far!! Short walk to metro & Termini station and some decent restaurants within a short walk as well.

Breakfast was rather disappointing compared to other places we stayed while in Italy.

Great location, staff were fabulous including Alfredo on the front desk. 6 min walk to Termini station and Metro. Close to bars and cafes. Great old building with old fashioned lift. Had to extend stay by 24hrs which was no problem at all. Staff cleaning the room were great .. very accommodating. Breakfast was great.

Not a major issue but my bed wasn't overly comfortable and pillows were a bit thin.

The staff was mega friendly, everyone speaks english. Everything about checkin and checkout, necessary informations went smoothly. The Suit was perfectly clean, noiseless, simple and with very good energies. The Breakfast was also nice, the ambient totally friendly. Allover experience was excellent for me, I will surely come back here soon. I 100% recommend this Hotel.

I loved the staff, how clean it was and the breakfast. Very close to termini station which makes it very convenient to go somewhere else after visiting Rome.

I thought the lift was a bit inconvenient, the doors are a pain to hold open if you have luggage and if the door isn't shut on a different level, you can't call the lift unless it's closed. Also, the tap in my room was very stiff and should be fixed.

Great location, 10 min walk from Termini. Comfy room w big window & not bad view. Friendly staff. Breakfasts (not Italy's strong point!) reasonably nice & service was friendly. Excellent trattoria next door!

Room was nice, but smaller than pics imply. Mediocre breakfast pastries. Elevator worked well except for morning I left, running for a train; I had to haul my suitcase down 5 floors because the elevator was stuck. Nice staff person tried to help, but no luck.

We had a wonderful stay at Suite Castrense. The location was very easy to walk to from the train station and the room was a lovely size, very clean and the morning breakfast was wonderful - breakfast in bed with an Italian coffee and croissant what more could you want?! The bed and mattress was very comfortable and gave us a lovely nights sleep. We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately we did have a bit of outside noise and could hear other travellers coming and going in the evening/mornings which did mean that we didn’t always get the lie in we were hoping for. However, these things were pretty minor in comparison to the high standard of the room and breakfast.

Everything was nice and cosy! I was scared because I heared really bad stories about staying in Rome! But this..was great! I read reviews about breakfast should me more variated..well..it exceeded my expectations! It was more than enough! Fruits, yougurt..even granola, pastries, butter, jam and so on…Honestly..more than enough! Than you!

The location is close to the Termini train station (10 minutes away) and other tourist attractions and in a safe area. The bed is comfortable and you sleep very well. The room was cleaned daily and changed the towels. The friendly staff helped us with various suggestions regarding the sights to visit and we had the opportunity to leave our luggage after check-out, before leaving for the airport.

The room is beautiful and was exceptionally clean. Location was great with easy access to local transport. The staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast included which was nice but very basic. Would definitely stay here again.
