Hotel in perfect central location round the corner from train / bus / metro station. All staff were friendly. Beds were so comfy and room was cleaned daily and to a high standard. Great value for money. Varied continental breakfast - well stocked. Relaxed breakfast room. Reasonable priced shop opposite hotel and vending machines in the lobby. Would defo stay again and recommend to friends.

The bathroom was the only downside to the hotel. The shower was very cramped and needed to open the doors to soap. Shower was very powerful though. Also got very humid as no window or vent in bathroom. The rooms air con was not working although this could be as we did not go in the summer season.

Everything is correct and acceptable even if not great for a supposedly four star hotel. The staff both at reception and breakfast room were very friendly and welcoming. The size of bedroom and bathroom was good enough for a short stay even if there wasn't much space to move around. Beds were very comfy and wifi worked very well too. And everything was spotlessly clean Good choice of savoury and sweet products for breakfast and coffee was good. The location is great, just 3 minutes walking from Termini station and close to different transports. You can also reach most of the historical places on foot.

There could be more available sockets in the bedroom. Even if it isn't the hotel's fault, the touristy tax (established by the Town Council) is becoming ridiculously high, 7,5 euros per person per night

Perfect location to travel around Rome and to the airport. VERY nice staff, rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Very comfortable beds and perfectly clean sheets. Air-conditioning working well. Neither the room nor the bathroom tiny at all! Lots of shelves to put your things. Cold tiles (not a carpet) on the floor :) Great choice of food (sweet and sour) for breakfast. Yes, the furniture a bit oldish, but c'mon, it's not Hilton! And yes, trash is collected at night, but I guess it's typical in a big city during hot summers.

A bit smallish shower, lack of bedside lamps by each bed and the dry milk powder in the coffee machine.

The location was great - close to transport (Roma Termini). The furnishings were cute. They had a working lift, though it’s not huge. Bed was comfy too and temperature in the room was perfect. And Angel at reception was so very helpful.

Bathroom was on the small side but the shower was a bit weird with the sliding doors. I’m not a small woman (size 20) but I just fit thru that door. If I was any bigger, it’d be quite a difficult task to fit at all. So yeah, not great if you’re bigger than average.

Amazing location, fantastic and friendly staff, clean room, and everything worked well. No big/medium complaints, had a great 5 nights! The lock is a physical key, but you can store it at the front desk. The aesthetics is not modern, but it is quite charming. No deal breakers at all. Great place to stay!

Shower was small, and the room was a bit small. But we didn't spend much time in the room, so only the shower was a small inconvenience.

The staff was super! The breakfast had everything that we had expected.The location is super since it's very close to Termini station.

The lack of AC is a problem during hot summer days, but I guess it's reflected in the price. No water boiler in the rooms. The building is old, which is nice, but the rooms are a bit worn down. The double bed wasn't as wide as regular ones.

A very nice hotel with a polite helpful personnel situated very close to Termini railway station. The location is comfortable if station is important for you, else a metro station is nearby (2 lines). The room was clean and comfortable, it was not an electric kettle but it was available on demand, else it was no safe ,otherwise the room was good with a comfortable bed and stable wifi. The breakfast was ok. Generally a good combination of quality/value.

On arrival the staff could not have been more helpful - we were able to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we went and experienced Rome (we arrived before check in) there is someone on the desk 24/7 which was so helpful - the location is great just a street away from the Termini station - with lots of shops and restaurants around! It is easy to walk around to certain sites - we had a hop on hop off bus and the stop was just up the street! Was a great hotel to stay in and would recommend this 100%

Staff friendly 24hrs desk check is was easy and no extra cost to check after 11pm like some hotels clean and comfortable did 2 nights in Rome but was hardly in the room but it was a nice hotel to sleep and get ready location was perfect 2 stops On metro to Colosseum and 10 mins on the metro to the Vatican did everything in one day and the location was just perfect to make that happen and easy to get train back to airport from the hotel
