Everything is perfect. This property is close to Roma Termini. Just walk around 2 or 3 mins from station. You can use bus or metro while traveling around Rome which is very convenient. Inside the build, there are a few steps before you can use a small life. The room is spacious and very clean. The room is same as the pictures. Perfect! and I will stay this property again once I come back Rome. Btw, host is really nice. She come and wait for me to checkin at the property. You just tell her what time you will arrive.

Some small shelf in bathroom could make this property more perfect.

Location near the train station was main reason we picked Ilami House. Reviews informed us of rather sketchy area but clean, newly renovated apartment.

As a party of 4 adults, it would have been nice to have a second set of keys.

Excellent location, next to termini station. Very easy get around anywhere on the metro or bus. Clean and welcoming place. Hosts are excellent. Highly recommend this place.

The host is very friendly. The location of the apartment is just opposite of Roma Termini. This is a new apartment and we are the second guest stay in this apartment. Everything new and the apartment is very clean.

There is no instruction to use the facilities. We face problem to use the water heater. In future, the host may prepare an English version of instruction for international guest.

The location is extremely convenient to the train station and metro. That was the most important criteria to us for choosing this property.

Location, New apartment, cleanless, ilaria welcomed us and was ready to help, two air conditions, high ceilings, Nice smell.

There should be second set of keys for the guests. Toaster and eletric kettle for Tea would be Nice. Two bedrooms are connected. Using shower was Tricky. Nothing Nice to see when you Open the Windows.

Clean. Well equipped but needed a kettle. A pot worked. So comfy. Rooms are interleading so you need to know each other well.
